Eat right. It's easy when you avoid processed junk & sugary drinks and eat real, whole nutrient dense foods. Eat mostly greens, colorful fruits & vegetables. Have sweet potatoes, squashes, beans, oatmeal, buckwheat, etc for carbs. Drink unsweetened teas, water with lemon, and the like.
Watch your calories is the most important. It doesnt matter how health you eat if youre eating a surplus of calories youre not going to lose weight.
