They can be taken together, but i would advise that you take spiro in the morning as you will pee alot during the day if you are just starting it. Its a medication used for high blood pressure, but has some antiandrogen properties that make it a treatment for acne. Zinc 1-2hrs before or after a meal (after to reduce stomach upset) in the evening will work fine; might cause vivid dreams though if taken late.
