Soy beans and almonds are not dairy so have no more do with avoiding dairy than an apple does. But we can't tell you whether or not YOU can have them.
Almond milk should be unsweetened and free of chemicals in which case its likely fine unless you are intolerant to almonds. Its just as Likely whatever you want to use it with is a bigger problem. Refined cereal?
. Unfermented soy in any form really isn't a good thing.
