Today I started my acne free diet.
Uhm, spent a lot of years to understand what causes me a breakout and what not, but still I think there is something that I did not notice. Take a look :
I get acne from :
1. Milk
2. Anything that contains milk / cheese
3. Sugar / even natural sugar in fruits ( Apples / Bannanas / etc.)
4. Pig meat
5. Any type of oil (sun flower / olive / palm)
6. Ketchup / pepper , anything that is like that
7. Caffeine / excitants
8. Bread
9. Peanuts
10. eggs
11. SOY
12. Wine
I usually dont get acne from :
Beer
Cucumbers
Dark rice
Kinda almost all vegetables excluding red beans
So today I ate :
1. Cucumbers
2. Chicken breastplate
3. Radishes
4. Kidney Beans
5. Fresh Olives
But at night, checking myself I have noticed that I BROKE OUT like nuts.... how could this be possible ?
What caused me to break out so much ?
My bet would be on either the olives or the kidney beans. Maybe start with a strict paleo diet consisting of mostly raw vegetables and a few fruit, then if you are clear on this diet start reintroducing new foods in small quantities to see what breaks you out. But yeah, as paigems mentioned, food sensitivities can take hours and even days to show up. Food allergies show up immediately on your skin and also in other symptoms like closed throat. You probably have sensitivities, not full blown allergies.
