From tomorrow I will start a vegan raw food diet. I hear diet doesn't have an impact on acne, well I can guarantee you that's false. My skin is always worse when I eat sugary/processed foods.
I will eat only raw vegetables, some fruit if I really crave sugar (in moderation) and absolutely no dairy/egg/meat/anything processed. I will drink water ONLY. No caffeine either.
So basically eat raw veg, even at breakfast. Yes it's going to be tough and boring but I'm willing to try anything since nothing I've been prescribed is working.
Does anyone want to join me or has done/is doing this?
I will update regularly.
