Hey guys, I have finally figured out the foods that I can consume that keep my 90% clear. The problem for me is that there are times where I cannot follow my exact diet and I end up breaking out. Gotta find a way around this... anyways, the following is what I have found that keeps my clear:
1) Complete avoidance of dietary lectins. That means no grains of any kind, most dairy products are forbidden (will explain more on this later), no nightshades, no nuts that contain skin (such as walnuts or almonds), and obviously no junk-food or processed food. Here is some information on what are lectins: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/lectins/
2) The following are the foods that I eat: leafy greens, fruits (usually one or 2 pieces of fruit a day... more than that causes breakouts), Grass fed AND finished meats, wild caught fishes (MUST BE WILD CAUGHT ONLY), healthy fats (extremely important) such as avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter (not sure if this causes acne to me, still trying to figure it out), macadamia nuts and thats about it.
Regarding the dairy, I have noticed that dairy from european countries does not seem to give me AS much problem as american dairy... probably because american cows produce lectins while european cows do not (european cows are also grass fed while american cows are not). I have tried goat milk... I mean I still get acne so I am not sure if goat milk is the cause of it, but my acne is way better once following this diet (like I said, 90% clear). Yogurt no matter what gives me acne and same with whey protein. Hard cheeses however do not seem to bother me at all.
Regarding sweet potatoes... I do eat them at random times and I am still uncertain if they cause me acne. I think ideally avoiding all carbs except leafy greens and some fruits is the way to go.
If I was a perfect individual I would follow this diet everyday... but I am not perfect and there are times where I cheat and bam the acne reappears.
I highly recommend EVERYONE to give this diet a shot. I can almost guarantee you that your acne will clear SIGNIFICANTLY on this diet.
P.S. regarding fruits... some fruits give people cystic acne, i.e. oranges or bananas. I guess the only way to be certain is to try that fruit and see the result.
I tried contact with you, but you cannot receive any new message
How are you doing with this diet?
I think that difficult to eat enough calories in this diet?
How looks you daily menu? What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks?
I do eat some grains like white rice, and white potatoes, they are still fine.

I will give a typical day
Breakfast: One avocado, 3-5 tablespoons of olive oil, wild caught sockeye salmon, with kale and swiss chard
Lunch: Grass fed beef sausages, coconut oil (3-4 tablespoon), with some more veggies
Snacks: macadamia nuts and fruits
Dinner: Same thing as breakfast or lunch
If I drink one glass of milk my face will get full of them.
This works for any type of milk, simple milk, almond, soy, etc. Have you guys tried cuting off milk ? they say Cow milk is not destinated for humans, yet we`ve been lied in centuries to believe that it is healthy while it is actually poison full of anti-biotics that cows get to not get 'infected' and some creepy hormones that tend to affect our hormones.
This is very close to what I go through. I've had acne for 20 years and just recently figured out that it's dietary. I CAN NOT eat dairy, grains or refined sugars. I also try to avoid preservatives as much as possible and keep the sugar and salt low. Last month I did 26 days in a row of perfect eating and my skin was looking MUCH better. Then I screwed up and now I'm on my third day again. It's tough trying to be perfect all the time, but I believe it's doable. Whenever I feel like eating something that I know will break me out I ask myself whether it's REALLY worth it. The answer is always NO.
