i wanna try eat better even though i dont eat junk food at all and compared to most i eat quite well.. i have a few questions:
1. i heard about how milk and all dairy products are bad .. so i wanna know if it includes ALL OF THEM? and i also wanna know if soy milk is good?
2. i heard bread isnt good .. but i wanna know if a "full grain" (or whatever the term is) bread is bad too or its good? like a high good quality bread is also bad??
3. do u know of any good cereals that r good? ive seen that for example cheerios has tons of vitamins and minerals in it from all kinds, and i wonder if its good? if not what would u recommend?
4. all vegetables r good? if not which ones arent?
None of them are necessarily bad. It's individual how intolerant you may be and or what else you do that might repair the harm. And how they are prepared.
Soaking, fermenting and sprouting reduce the harm and improve nutrition in seeds. Fermenting also reduces the 'bad' in dairy. Dairy is also less 'bad' if it comes from pastured animals and is pasteurized.
No, Cheerios with added artificial nutrients are not good and neither is anything else on that aisle of the supermarket.
But rules of thumb, don't eat refined grains all day as in the bread and cereal you asked about. And limit dairy and don't drink milk.
Vegetables that aren't good would be whatever you are intolerant to.

I have always wondered if people get any nutrition from cereals that are fortified with nutrients
