I take a multivitamin everyday but Im looking into taking extra Vitamin A,C and D pills to help out my skin. Would this be too much or would I benefit from the higher doses of these.

I currently take an ON multi.

Check and see how much of those vitamins are in your multi-vitamin. Usually they have a pretty low concentration, so if that's the case you can probably take other supplements, just not in extremely high doses.
