Just curious if anyone had success with this? I read mixed reviews, some say this and/or fish oil made them break out more?

I take cod liver oil for my general health and not just my skin, for me it wouldnt cure my acne on it's own, I don't think it would anyone, but it would help I guess, for the more stubborn acne.

Depends on the quality brand you get. Cheaper fish oils/cod liver oils are very likely to be rancid. Pill form or liquid. I think whole foods sells some refrigerated varieties, but i need to double check on that.

But it's going to do more harm than good if the oil is rancid, and by the time you are consuming the capsule, it's more than likely to be rancid. But again, it depends on the quality of cod liver oil you are purchasing

I actually just bought some organic, refrigerated cod liver oil today, as a supplement to go along with my acne free diet.

I follow the paleo diet, and this is one of the required supplements. and it worked very well for me in the past, it greatly reduces inflammation.

Not sure if I am the only one who tried, but for me vegeterian flax seed total EFA oil seemed to work well.
