Bad. Cook with coconut oil, ghee or grass fed butter. They have high cook temps and are the RIGHT and healthy kind of fat for your body. The body is NOT accustomed to digesting "vegetable oils." Don't eat ANY vegetable oils, ever, if possible. Olive oil is wonderful but its not really meant to be cooked with ;) The one slip up isn't gonna kill you, just do a little research and see why its unhealthy for ya.

Royalty: There is no easy cure for acne, I wouldn't blame the recurrence of acne on the canola oil alone. Acne is, in a way, complex and has many factors. It is rare that one product alone would be solely responsible for skin problems unless of course you were allergic. Canola oil is bad because it contributes to inflammation in the body and other imbalances, all from improper diet. If you take three months or more on a very strict Paleo diet, healing your gut and balancing your hormones through food, and not that canola oil is our friend, but I guarantee you that your immune system would be able to handle trace amounts of canola oil without a problem. You've got to take the long hard road of healing first, to eliminate sensitivity. Don't be upset, just eliminate the canola and any other non-Paleo foods you are consuming and pick yourself up and try, try again. It is SO good to hear that you are health conscious and looking to solve acne the real way: internally. That knowledge alone is already a prize with no price!
