This doesn't work. A diet approaches require a much more long-term approach to correct any funky food allergies/imbalances. I think doing this drops your sugar levels, which might (for maybe a week) show some improvement, but it'll come back right afterwards. A single food diet is not sustainable. Plus, the official diet touts buying the book, which other members have reported is filled with stuff that could be found free on the net.
I have tried this. If you have servere to moderate acne i would give it a try cause it will definately get rid of a lot of toxins and clear you up alot! But if you have mild acne like i had this will not cure it. You must find out what foods really breaks you out. Try cut out dairy and gluten for 1-2 weeks.
