Hi im kinda anemic... And i wonder if it does give in the factor of my acne... I never heard of it before but maybe you have?

 

I suffer from anemia to. I have a form of anemia where my intestines are not efficient enough at absorbing iron so i have take an iron supplement everyday.

I've never read any studies to say there is a direct link but it's clear to see that overall health is reflective in skin health.

If i am run down (not getting enough iron) yeah my acne can get worse) but when i stay on top of it, eat right, make sure im getting everything in then there are improvements but not totally clear
