So it was sugar this whole time?

Blood sugar spikes also caused my acne. I'm a bodybuilder so i kinda need be consuming as many calories as possible and i thought lots of carbs and protein was the way to go for bulking szn (spoiler: it isnt)... I've been on a low carb diet for about 2 weeks and noticed a HUUUGE difference. I eat about half cup blueberries a day (7 grams sugar), 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/3 cup of brown rice, and 1/3 cup of noodles as my carbs. Before i'd literally eat 2 cups of brown rice, 2 cups of noodles and 1 cup of oatmeal wondering why i ever had breakouts. im 17 and have had acne since around 15. im lucky to have found my answers early on.

 

i also mix 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water each morning
