Dr. Bronner's has a hemp & coconut oil based soap - it actually used to be higher in hemp until they changed the formulation, never caused me any problems. I've never used the oil as a moisturizer though.

I bought some hemp seed oil and tried it. I didn't care for it and went back to my high linoleic acid safflower oil.

I haven't used hemp seed oil as a cleanser ( I use aloe vera and essential oils for that now). However, I've used Hempseed oil as a moisturizer - applied to damp skin to seal in moisture.
