Zup!!!!

I started taking 10 grams a day(vilantae liquid) i noticed oil reduction in 3-4 days, hmmm,

was on it for 3 weeks, still breakin out) gave up. But thats the trick you take it till your acne clears up period, im back on it, Since i almost finish the bottle, i read that powder form is better, so i got skinb5 for orund 35 bucks for 20 days!(not a good deal) so ive been taking skinb5 3 times a day, been on it for 6 days now , no oil reduction no nothing!! just a lot of visits to the pool room. Im going to finish it , i mean i bought it already and continue with vitacureb5 is cheaper, 10 gm a day, 3 tsp , taste "bad" but the skinb5 oh my God,mango and strawberry flav? nah uh, disgusting! really really bad. so ill be taking vitacureb5 after i finish the skingb5 , so im on the "no matter what ill be on it for the 4 months" plan and will report every week okey!! wish you all luck, and me 2

:surprised:

PLEASE READ THIS!!!

hey everyone!

havent posted here in a long time.

but i just wanted to let everyone know my experience with B5.

First off. STOP OVER DOSING ON B5!!!!!!!!!! You will regret it in the long run.

Once you take it, in order to keep results, you're never gonna be able to stop!!! Yeh it helps reduce acne (not all of it, you'll still have some bad acne here and there) and it will make your skin "appear" better, but its not true!. Not only will you have to buy more bottles every month (like an addict!) but once you stop, your acne WILL come back, its a side-effect. I went off and on b5 twice and both times my acne came back hard!! Starting it causes acne, stopping it causes acne.

The treatment requires you take CRAZY amounts for it to work (i took like 25-30 pills a day, i felt like a drug junkie) and i found out the hard way, its HORRIBLE for your body. And plus, you cant buy B5 forever! The worst part and most major part, i experienced horrible dry eyes (even months after i quit) and my skin feels dead!

I was on B5 for almost 3 years. The days i used it, it felt like magic but i knew i had to stop eventually. once i felt some weird side-effects like sweating (for no reason!) rashes on my neck, horribly dry eyes, chapped lips, and parts of my skin that appeared over dried (hands, and around my eyes) i knew i had to quit.

So now i have my acne back, and my eyes are still red and dead (will they ever be normal again?) i realized i was killing myself with B5. Hopefully everything will be ok for me.

Not only that, B5 lead me to take all sort of unnecessary supplement that i should be taking through REAL food. Dont be afraid of food! Vitamin Supplements are for old people.

If anything ONLY take a multivitamin, thats the only thing i take now.

3 months off of b5 my skin is starting to recover and i have a much more NATURAL skin tone. B5 dried it so much i thought my skin was looking good with it but really, my skin wasnt healthy..

So PLEASE if you have any questions, ask me or pm me.

i felt like i had to tell you all considering i was taking B5 for so long.

I think its more important to understand how your body needs b5, a healty diet and minimum b5 produces better results than say i wanna eat anything i want and take b5 to counter it.

my 2cents.

peace.

Hey all, I finished my first 3 months of taking vitamin b5 @ 10 grams a day. The first month or so I was like "holy crap, this stuff really works" after that it didn't seem to do a whole lot. I just dropped it down to 5 grams a day. I would say its worth a try. I must have tried nearly every prescription drug (minus accutane) and didn't get any good results either. Does b5 lose its effectiveness after a while?? Like I said, it seemed to only help me for about a month or so.........

1 or 2 grams a day for a few weeks, then just 1 gram a day will not cause these side effects will it?

Ive been now takin it for arpox 2 weeks and 1/2 , Ive also been washing my face with proactiv, i could say now that im much much better. Im like is it proactiv or b5???? I think is both because my face is not that oily anymore (b5) and breakouts are not severe and sorta stoping. Now with b5 ive been and still taking about 13gm/day. I read the study about the b5 and it says that they were taking b5 4 times a day for better absorbtion, so thats what im doing. b5 bad? please...For the dude ^ i rather treat little dry skin than lots of breakouts, ill be lowerin my intake in 2 months or so...

pick one accutane - b5 ? exactly.

questions ask me k

I started taking around 2gm B5 a few days ago. Last 24 hours my face has gone crazy. Not acne but almost every pore is a tiny lump and red. With make up on it doesn't look too bad, but without it I look a freak. My face feels so rough to touch, worse then ever. Is this the B5, has anyone experienced this? when did it pass? I am continuing to take the B5 at this level, I won't be increasing my dosage for the forseeable future.
