I apologize if anyone thinks this is the wrong section for this topic. Please forgive me if that is the case. Due to the help of a new friend here I am under far less stress and I feel good. There is also something else that makes me feel less stress and feel good but I do not feel comfortable sharing that at this moment I may share the information if my new friend here tells me it is okay to share. I have been in a good mood for days and I am starting to notice that my acne while still very severe is not as severe as it was. Less pimples are coming and the ones that are already there are leaving faster than they usually do. I do not know if only a change in attitude is the only thing that is different about me. I recently started going out so I do not know if there is something in my house that is aggravating my acne or if sunlight is helping me. I am spending less time with my parents so I do not know if they have something on them that is aggravating my acne. Please do not judge me for this part I have not showered nor wash my face in days but I have done that before. I will get my period in a few days so we will if this slight improvement will continue or will be reversed. I am currently on no medication. My diet is the same as how it has been in years. The link between stress and acne is something scientists and doctors talk about and being less stressed maybe the only acne tip I have not tried before.
Stress is definitely related to acne. There is also a direct link between stress and accelerated ageing. Try to reduce stress as much as possible. If something starts to get stressful, try to avoid that subject/topic/activity and think positive thoughts. Thinking "I should not get stressed here as it will benefit my acne" is probably one of the best things that you can do.
Also remember to wear sunscreen plenty of sunscreen and apply it regularly. I recall seeing a video about how most people do not apply sunscreen as much as they should.

Are you sure about sunscreen ? I am scared to put things on my face.
You should always wear sunscreen. Consider Vanicream products. Their sunscreens are formulated for those with sensitive skin. They are free of dyes, fragrance, masking fragrance, lanolin, parabens, formaldehyde and other preservatives.
