I have had OCD, anxiety and some depression for quite a long time. Its not severe enough to take medication and I never would anyway, but I'm interested to see if anyone has experienced positive anti anxiety things from any of the herbal tablets around? Not kalms though they upset my stomach x
not tablets, but tea! chamomile and lavender relax me...there are teas at natural food stores that say anti stress, etc. and those help me before bedtime
But also, vitamin b12 is very important and has helped me, along with fish oil...I am very stressed without these and multivitamins. Also, vitamin d has been shown to be very helpful, and I hope to start that as well. But it would have to be a higher than regular dose.
