Yes that's me in the picture, and because of my acne no matter how good my physique is most girls are repulsed and I have only kissed one girl in my whole life at age 20, where as you could have had sex with 500 men if you really wanted to within a year, because it's 10000X easier for a women to have sex then it is for a man.

The past two days I was shopping in downtown and I see guys looking at me smiling, saying "Hot stuff" out loud (I am flattered but the comment "hot stuff" bothers me, to be honest). Little do they know that I put concealer on to cover disgusting acne scars and disgusting chin acne and now to top it all disgusting cyst on my cheek.
Mom says I am exaggerating but I really am not! I know I look good from the neck down but from the neck up it is a disaster... Instead of feeling good about myself that guys look at me, I am feeling sad and angry!

Usually I just go up to them and say something like...
Hey this is random but I think your cute or something like that, then ask them questions about themselves then ask for their phone number.
Game does not exist so it's not really very important, as long as you are not very awkward, or weird, or scare them off it's mostly looks and not what you say.
i dont know how it works everywhere else but in my country and in a few countries i have some idea about,just walking up to a girl on the road and saying u're cute,can i have ur number isnt confidence ..its desperation.

Yes my dog started to hate me around the time I got acne...
why?
Because a dog sees a human and understands good genes and good health, my acne to my dog is an indicator of poor health, my poor dog probably thinks that I have some sort of contagious disease and runs away from me because of it.
In a way I feel bad for having acne because I feel like I failed the people I know, my parents didn't deal with this issue, neither did my brother so they don't understand it.
They think I just need to wash my face with water more and it will go away but we know that doesn't work.
Also if I do not know any girls because I don't have a social life, and I am not in school, how else am I supposed to meet girls other then approaching them on the street or on the train? Also I tell them I am attracted to them, because it lets them know my intent and my interest, so they don't wonder why I am randomly talking to them.
Dude, reading your posts saddens me. First of all I've seen dogs play with burn survivors whose faces were melted off and they didn't care. They literally know NOTHING of your acne and even if they see if their brains will not process that information REMOTELY the same way you do.
Also, please see a therapist. It sounds like you have Acne Dysmorphia. Untreated, many people commit suicide. They feel they have no escape, but they do. Work on your skin, see a therapist, change the way you think and your attitude towards women and your life will gradually improve and you will be happy (perfect or imperfect skin).
I have bdd so I know what it's like to be obsessed with something. I've battled with this for 5 years now and I've had laser treatments, seen therapists and taken medication. But when I do recover, I am going to fuck the world (in a good way).
