I had the same type of acne especially around the neck area. Bp deformed my fuckin face making it worse I wouldn't reccomend it I switched to sulfur which really helped out a lot and if your not taking any supplements I would recommend lookin into that. Zinc, chromium, magnesium, saw palmetto.A foam cleanser twice a day and exfoliate with baking soda cheap and effective and works good twice

a week. I seriously cleared my acne like this I only have scars which I didnt know how to prevent.

AKL

Hello once again thank you taking lots of time writing all those info and helping me out! i really appreciated!

i took some time reading over the shaving forum.. and i guess i going try with Dans recommends " Gillette Sensor Excel and the Gillette Trac II " i'm not sure which blade going to be good.. 2 blade 3 blade? but i'm sure i going looking foward get one of those smile.png

as for food rite now i'm working on my vegetables .. yes vietnamese kitchen.. does have lots of vege but not every family are the same. i'm working on my food and hopefully.. it's gonna help some way..and i am working on my sleep too thank you for advice.

i use proactive for 2 months but it's start get more pimple so i stop... what kind insurance that will cost less for acne products? like accutane.. and other medicine and going demotologist. i agree with you about iodine and betadine. i did some research about it and it's known cause lots of effect.. so i back out on his advice but i still thank you him for trying.. and thank you i have read your pms lots of good advice . and my other last question if i buy Regimen is there any promote code for free shipping..? i'm planing buy a The Regimen: Complete Acne.org Treatment "Big Kit" http://www.danielkern.com/product-p/kit-16.htm please advice i believed ad up total is i think 80$ with shipping for the big kit and i heard that big kit it's like last 2-4 months too.. i'm planing stay with regimen lots of good reviews and i believe it's effecttive. is that kit all i need or do i have to buy other products like Jojoba Oil and AHA+? sorry. i'm trying save as much as i can.. but if it not that's fine too..thank you very much for you help and your time .

No problem!

Personally, I don't use either of those blades, I use the Gillette Mach 3 Turbo system (3-blades). It's a matter of personal preference, you'll just have to try them and see what works best for you.

How are you doing sleep-wise? Do you sleep more than 5 hours a night now?

If you've used Proactiv and got more acne, then it either contains a lot of irritating ingredients, or you've used it wrong. You should not get more acne while on BP, unless you're irritating your skin too much, which is why you should build up slowly. And don't let the scare-mongers keep you from using BP. If you're not allergic to it, it's by far the most effective (and most researched) treatment.

Unfortunately, I don't know much about US health care, except that it sucks. Maybe others can advice you on what insurance you'd need and how much it'll cost you.

If you want to start the regimen, and if I were you, I'd go for the $5 auto-ship option. It's the cheapest option, and you can cancel anytime. If you have sensitive skin, adding jojoba oil is an option, otherwise you won't need it. AHA isn't going to do much for your acne, you can use it as a nightly moisturizer once you have your acne under control.

hiii! sorry it has taken me forever to respond back! cetaphil is a gentle cleanser. it doesnt really foam, but its great for sensitive skin. do you work out? do you take any vitamin a or zinc? i really want to help you with your skin. normally i would say, go on accutane, but i know it isnt an option for you right now. what i would recommend is:

work out 5 days a week

vitamin a and zinc

paleo diet (lean meats, nuts and seeds, veggies, especially leafy greens because theyre packed with vitamin a, and some fruit!!!) this means no grains, dairy, or processed foods

for the cysts, i have had some luck putting draw out salve on them. look it up and see if this is an option for you. i only used it once on a huge cyst and it came to a head the next day and i was able to drain it. a lot of people would advice against it because of scarring, but i had to get rid of that thing ASAP because i had a job interview.

you might want to consider looking into this brand called ac care. its a korean skin care line for acne. i used it and had some success. its about the same price as murad products.

anyway, i hope youre well. keep your head up and know were all here for you!!! :)

Keep your head up bro, I'm a few years older than you and my skin looked just like that so you are not alone. Asian guy as well.

I don't have a miracle cure. Sometime when i was 26, my body changed. I don't know if i was hormones or something.

I was keeping busy with work that I enjoyed (being stress free) and drinking plenty of water, the acne went down about 90%. It doesn't go away, it's still there around the jawline. But life gets better.

Don't do anything extreme and do not hate yourself. You're a brave and noble person.
