Pros:

Healthy for everything
Decreases oil production
More energy

Cons:

None

Water is good in general, but when it comes to acne I have noticed a difference. I have made a habit of drinking ~8 cups of water a day and my oil production has decreased. I am taking zinc and vitamin d3 as well, and all three has made a drastic difference. Even if water doesn't work, you should continue drinking copious amounts just to remain healthy and hydrated.

Pros:

-over-all very healthy
-quick results
-less oily skin

Cons:

-annoying to keep re-filling my water bottle

After about 4 days of drinking 6 bottles a day (not as much as it seems!) I would wake up with out a shiny face! It is great because with such quick results, it is very rewarding to drink so much water. It also reduces redness and total acne count by the first week, but of course you can start to become less oily initially after four days. Your face also becomes much brighter. I would definitely recommend trying it out. Drink 6 bottles a day and see how it works for you.

Pros:

- Free
- Improves appearance of spots
- It's healthy
- It helps other things; better hair, makes you less tired and its good for losing weight

Cons:

- Makes you pee a lot
- Sometimes can make you feel bloated and full

I've been trying to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day and I am noticing a difference. My skin is becoming less oily which is reducing the amount of spots I get. Yes it does make you pee a lot and make your stomach feel bloated, but keeping this up will have an impact on your skin, especially sensitive and oily skin :)

Pros:

healthy skin
healthy body

Cons:

you pee a lot

You won't get rid of acne just by drinking water, you have to eat right too. Depending on how sensitive your skin is, but if i go on an eating crap binge (greasy food, cheeses, etc) it will show on my face. But when I eat healthy and drink tons of water, my face looks clear, has a nice glow to it, i'm slimmer- a win-win situation. I also started using retin-a and have noticed a huge difference in past scars. This combo is working for me, give it a try!

Pros:

Healthy for you.

Cons:

Does not do anything for acne!!! A

nd these things should be rated according to how it helps acne, not how healthy it is. I don't know why it has such high ratings.

Overall it's good for you

Cons:

Not an actual acne treatment

I drink around 3 bottles a day and definitely when I don't I see a negative impact on my skin. I love water, I'm drinking it now!

Pros:

reduced breakouts
improves skin
hydration
feel great

Cons:

None, except maybe weight loss

I heard about how this could help acne, and I though I might as well give it a try especially since it is good for me either way. I was using it will topical olive oil and my breakouts were reduced. I stopped for a week, because I ran out of water, and acne increased by about 50%. I have since started drinking about 5 bottles of water a day, and it defiantly helps. I'd say you will loose about 50% of acne. This is amazing considering this is just drinking water. I'd be happy if it reduced it by 25% and id recommend this to everyone with acne, because it will at least kill a pimple for every three you might get. BEST FOR OILY SKIN (sensitive skin will likely receive a 10% and lower benefit)

Good for you

It didn't really do anything at all. :/

I drank like 4 bottles a day for like a week, but it didn't do ANYTHING. :/

Pros:

Less Oil
Softer clearer skin

Cons:

No real acne 'improvement' on water alone, but drinking more definitely helps the healing process

It makes sense. Your body is mostly made from water. Water cleans your liver. A lot of hormones that affect acne are produced by the liver. Your kidneys also need water to filter your system out. I've noticed definitely that when I don't drink water my skin gets worse. It's natures cheapest detox.
