Pros:

I want to say that is helping get rid of the old nasty stuff underneath but I'm not sure

Cons:

I broke out!!! I only had mild acne and my doctor prescribed it. Now, after 2 weeks I feel like a monster!

If someone experienced this at first, please share your story... how long did it take for your face to clear up? I want to stop using it but what if it gets worse?

Pros:

Yes! i used this a long time ago, it cleared my skin so i stopped using it after a week or so. After couple years my mild breakouts came back so i started using this again and it's been about two weeks ever since I started using it again & it works!

Cons:

little bit...actually ALOT of drying
u need a GOOD moisturizing oil-free
lotion while using this or else u will have peeling skin! yikes!

I love this! I use this with evoclin for spot treatment with Clinique's moisturizing lotion and hydrating cream and they all work well together and now i have no pimples on my skin!! just few darkened spots from pimples that I need to take care of. Love it! Try it! got nothing to lose!

Pros:

Has helped me control my acne more than any other products i've used, and trust me there has been many (including proactiv) Cleared it up, not completely though

Cons:

Leaves skin feeling dry, but with a non-oily moisturizer your face will feel fine.

Recommend to at least try it for a month or two. stick to a routine you will most likely see results.

Pros:

Great as a cleanser AND a spot treatment/mask

Cons:

Pros:

I've used this for six weeks and my face is nearly 100% clear.

Cons:

Very dry and flaky skin.

Stick with the program. The first few weeks I nearly gave up, but I know that it takes a while for skin to change so I stayed with it and six weeks later it is almost cleared up completely. At my doctor's recommendation, I'm cutting back to using it at night and will then use a gentle cleanser in the morning.

Pros:

Best thing I have every used.

Cons:

It is a pricey if your insurance does not cover it.

It works soooo well. Both times I stopped and tried something else, my acne was out of control. I use an oil-free moisterizer and my skin looks great. I love it. I have used it for 8 years.

Pros:

Cuts through the oil. I got out of the shower feeling cleaner than I ever had with any other type of acne cleanser or soap. This has not dried my skin out at all. Using 4%.

Cons:

My acne has not completely cleared up yet, but it has only been 2 weeks so far. (and in the middle of the summer)

My derm prescribed it to me for my shoulders/back and I've also been using it on my face because it feels SO much better to get rid of the layer of oil that I have. Worth it for that alone. I got out of the shower wondering if "this is how normal people feel when they are clean"? ;)
