Pros:

Gets rid of all my acne

Cons:

can dry out skin

This item works really well and is quite affordable. I've tried many acne creams and solutions but this kit has been amazing. I would recommend it for people with oily skin who are prone to breaking out regularly. Although it contains mineral oil and Petrolatum as some of the ingredients which actually clog the pores. the benzyl peroxide cleansers ability to fight breakouts is great.

Pros:

Works fast, dries out new pimples fast, clears redness

Its kinda liquidy

Loved it, Ive used just about everything, including proactive. i was even thinking about Retinol! I bought the pack in bjs, which brings 2 of each. My skin is clear in just one week. Even during TOM!

Pros:

Smells good, soft skin, non drying, quick to use, smoothes skin

Cons:

Kinda expensive

My skin is natually very oily, so drying is never an issue. makeup application is much smoother. no acne product works miracles, i've tried a whole lot of stuff. this definately has the best effects as far as after-feel goes. ladies, please make sure you're also using non-comedeogenic makeup otherwise you're just re-clogging ur pores. i'm happy with this stuff so far. healing is progressing nicely. i have high hopes for this stuff. also fyi, i used twice daily, lotion twice daily, and spot treatment all over problem areas with no issues.

Pros:

Works really well, really fast.

Cons:

Smells kinda funky, dries out your skin.

I'm currently using the whole advantage kit and I find it works wonderfully. I have tried everything but accutane. Proactive, Chemical Peels, Der-Med, The Pill, prescriptions... NOTHING worked. I stopped using anything and my acne began to flare up really bad so I went to sobeys and grabbed this just for the heck of it. It worked SO much better then anything else I tried and it was 100% affordable. I've never seen my face clear up so fast before. My skin is pretty dry now, even with the help of the moisturizer but who cares about dry skin if your acne's gone? Highly recommend this one.

Pros:

it's not expensive, it smells great.

Cons:

kinda dries out your face, MAY make your acne worse.

i used neutrogena and it worked for me but after a while i guess it stopped. so i decided to try clean and clear. it's not really working for me, nver break out onn my cheeks only on my forhead and a little on my chin. ever since i started using clean and clear it has made me nreak out more. i never had alot of pimple to begin with, and i have waaay more pimples then i started with. im gonna give it another couple weeks and if i don't see improvment then im probably gonna stop using it. i only recommend this product if you don't have sensitive skin.

Pros:

Smells ok, makes skin smoother and more even

Cons:

Does not do anything for acne, perhaps even creates blackheads that were beneath the surface

Before I used Clean and Clear Advantage cleanser I used Neutrogena Advantage which dried out my skin, but basically worked. Clean and Clear has not made my skin soft, or clear, or glowy. It dried it out a bit, but not flaky like Neutrogena Advantage system. It did make my skin's color more even and less red, but the blackheads didn't go away, in fact I got more. Not the one to use if you have dry skin or blackheads like mine.

Pros:

Gets rid of my acne.

Cons:

None for me.

This is the only OTC product I've bought that works for my acne. I see some other reviewers said it dried out their skin, but my skin is very oily, so I did not have this problem. I've used both the cleanser and astringent, but at separate times. Worked great for me - I suggest giving it a shot as long as you don't have sensitive skin.

Pros:

Works extremely fast even just washing your face once a day will make a huge difference. Nice smell and feels great on your face. Highly recommended for moderate + acne.

Cons:

Will dry out face if used too much. Start with once a day applications. Then progress to two a day. I didn't use the spot treatment until day 4 and I'm fine. No flakes! A little bit goes a long way!

After 10 years of trying different products to clear up my acne (Proactiv, Clearasil, Neutrogena, Noxema, Tetracyclean, Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, Retin-A and many more) the only thing that has helped me is Clean and Clear Advantage. This stuff is very powerful. Since the first use I haven't had a single breakout which is very rare for me. I woke up this morning and looked at my face almost completely blemish free. It actually made me tear up because I haven't seen that in 10 years. Just $20 for the Cleanser, Moisterizer, and Spot treatment. Or you can buy them seperately.
