From the album: Scarring from copper peptides and rolling

Scarring that got worse from the use of copper peptides and rolling. I first used a 0.5mm roller and approx one year later a 1.5mm roller. I only used the 1.5mm roller 3 or maybe 4 times (this was a few years ago now), The 0.5mm roller i used maybe 10 times or so. I always waited a month or more between using the roller, except once with the 0.5 roller where i waited maybe 2 or 3 weeks. I used the strongest CP that was available (if i remember correctly), bought from Skin Biology. At
  2. The past forum about the paragard copper IUD contributing to acne has been archived so I would like to start a new topic. I am not quick to jump to conclusions from what I read on the Internet. I am wondering if women have stories related to the copper (non-hormonal) IUD and acne? My story: -Acne as teen. -Went on Yaz at age 19 and saw acne gradually improve. Would still get pimples but it was manageable acne. -Switched to Yasmin, a lower hormone pill at 21 due to doctors recommendation r
  3. Hi, so I've recently made an account here after reading a LOT of reviews and experiences on taking zinc for acne. I was like "perfect, gonna give it a try". I have very light acne on my face after months of trying to heal it due to a stress breakout with their respective scars and bad acne on my back that is leaving red scars behind. So I decided to buy zinc tablets but I couldn't find them ANYWHERE where I live. I decided to settle for a multivitamin cause it was all I could find, I wanted t

  6. ★★REAL Causes of ACIDOSIS & HEARTBURN★★ Hyperacidity, also called acidosis, is known as the main cause of HEARTBURN, which is a BURNING SENSATION in the esophagus. Esophagus is the foodpipe that connects the throat with the stomach. Oranges, grapefruits, tomatoes, chillies, peppers, mustard, other spices, wine, beer, other alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, carbonated beverages and many other foods and drinks have been blamed by doctors, medical scientists and nutr
  7. I've been suffering from folliculitis and/or staph infections for years in my scalp and beard. It has been on and off, but so has my zinc intake (more on that later). Doctors had trouble diagnosing exactly what was going on but I can describe it. Painful, itchy, and/or burning. Bulging oozing whiteheads that I would scratch off (didn't have to pop like typical pimples, they were usually very soft and on the surface and ready to go). They would come back either white, or yellow or gree
  8. Howdy! So I've been off accutane for a month now and my face is starting to get really oily again. Will oil comes some acne once again, and I want to do everything I can to prevent this. I'm going to college in a month, so my mom won't let me go on accutane again. In other words, I have decided to research countless hours and have decided a regimen that I thought would be good for me. I have been taking zinc and vitamin e the past month, but from what I could tell nothing major has happened. I
  9. Hi everyone, I visited a dermatologist today because I have been having some facial redness, and he said I could have rosacea, in addition to acne scarring. He prescribed a vitamin cocktail called Nicadan, which basically contains niacinamide and other vitamins & minerals (you can look it up for specifics). Apparently the combination and dosage is scientifically proven to work, so I'm willing to give it a go, although I'm not excited about some of the fillers in the capsule. Has anyone tried
