Pros:

hydration!

Cons:

it's sticky, and you have to squeeze it out of pills for best results (it works better that way than the bottle of oil)

i was on a medication for my skin when i was younger, and now some of my oil glands don't work so i have extremely dry skin. i had to apply lotion 4 times a day just to stop it from cracking and bleeding. i use vitamin E every night, and it hydrates my skin throughout the day and gets rid of the red dry patches. my skin is still pretty red in general (i think it's rosacea), but it is definitely worth trying, especially if your skin is extremely dry. it has made mine softer and has diminished some of my scars. i also take one pill a day to help it from the inside.

Pros:

A natural burn reliever. Lightens scars and moisturizes skin.

Cons:

Sticky...takes a while to absorb

I had chemical burns from acne medication and vitamin E oil (from a gel cap) was the only thing that gave me relief. I applied it 2x a day and could almost watch the redness fade. I'm also using it on my preexisting red marks and they look lighter and smoother. When your skin is burned, it becomes vitamin E deficient. The antioxidants in vitamin E help prevent scarring.

Pros:

Works well to reduce severity of scars. Taken orally and applied to scars will help.

Cons:

When applied to an 'active' pimple, will usually make it worse...so make sure the pimple is dead before applying VitE

Far better than nothing!

Pros:

Hydrates nicely, gets rid of acne, and removes marks from post acne.

Cons:

Kinda stickly-icky. It will make you feel like your face is very oily but that's okay- don't worry. It worked for me.

The past three or four months I have been going crazy about finding something to help my acne. I get the type that they are little pimples at first and I have a bad habit of picking. Picking made me ten times worse! I had huge red marks that I could not seem to get rid of. I used differn, clearasil products, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice..... I used all sorts to make my face look clean. It literally drove me insane! (made me cry a lot) =/ lol Those things might have worked some but nothing like what I do. If you want to get rid of your acne try this! It worked for me: 1) Buy a Panoxyl Bar. You can get them at CVS! (or any drug store I believe)..... If not buy it online. It's worth it and cheap. Every night (and morning if severe) wash your fash with this. Scrub then let it sit for a few minutes. Rinse with cold water. 2) Buy pure vitamin E oil which you can also buy just about anywhere. Rub on face lightly after you wash.

Pros:

I have used Justine's vitamin E oil on my face for the last 2 weeks and all my acne has become lighter. It heals pimpels and scar much faster than allowing it to heal by itself. It also leaves my face very soft and healthy looking

Cons:

I have not found any cons in using it. It doesnt make my face oily at all. I put quite a bit on at bedtime and wake up with none of it in the morning, which indicates to me that its being obsorbed.

In the Justine range you get a soap aswell as the cream, this all works

Pros:

Evens and tones skin, fades acne scars!

Cons:

It is so scary to apply an oil directly onto your face if you have suffered from acne, like me. With Vitamin E oil, no harm done! Try the cream...

If you have finally gotten to a point where you can somewhat manage your acne prone skin (I use proactiv) and you are sick and tired of looking at the scars, try Vitamin E Oil!!! I think it may work better for some than others, depending on your skin type, but I can say for myself that it has helped me tremendously and given me a newfound confidence. I'm a firm believer.

Pros:

My zits and acne heals faster and scars are not as dark as before.

Cons:

It doesn't really fade scars if you're consuming it and not applying it topically.

I'm consuming 400IU of Vitamin E (Kordel's Brand switching to GNC soon) daily for a little for more than 2 months and not applying it topically. My zits are healing much faster than before although it does not help with fading scars. I would continue to consume it though, I think there would be long term benefits for the skin.
