Pros:

I tried the Body Ami apple cider vinegar because someone told me it tasted better and it had additional anti oxidants

Cons:

It stills has a vinegar taste, but it works, and it is more expensive.

I've tried other apple cider vinegar products, but the Body Ami product taste better, and I don't have to add anything else since they add juices and organic honey. My face is definitely more clearer and I have more energy.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Destroys skin

This is the most drying thing I've ever done to my skin. It makes me break out worse. At first it seems to dry up the acne, then it just scabs and make horrible marks all over my face and it dries my face out so badly that no amount of ANY lotion could save it. It takes me weeks to repair the damage. I've even tried diluting it to about 12:1 water to vinegar and it just does nothing for me. Guess nothing works for everyone.

Pros:

uhm, well it seems to work.

Cons:

it smells bloody awful and the taste makes me want to vomit.

I started this a few days ago with the recommended beverage of iced water and 2 tbsp a few times a day. it was very difficult for me to stomach this concoction so I've since just done 2 tbps barely dilluted and swallow fast like a shot glass. It's rough but it's over quicker and then I drink a tall glass of water. I've also diluted ACV 50/50 with purified water and applying to my face each night before bed and leaving it there. My dog thinks I'm nuts and wants to lick my face but it is working even after only three days I can tell the difference. True test is time. I've often found that remedies work right away and then go very bad about a week or two later, so we shall see here.

Pros:

It works

Cons:

the smell

The vinegar not only treats acne, but it prevents it. When you wash your face, you wash off a protective layer. That layer would take anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours to return. During that time any bacteria could get back into your pores. The vinegar puts the layer back on right away.

Pros:

none

Cons:

smell, burned skin

Smells awful, burned my skin (however I did apply it undiluted which probably wasn't smart). I have very sensitive skin, and about 1 minute after applying ACV my skin turned bright red and tender. i rinsed and thankfully the redness subsided in a few minutes but I would not recommend this for sensitive skin.

Pros:

Smaller pores
No new acne
Reduction of size/swelling with current pimples

Cons:

Obviously it smells bad, that's about it

I have only been on it one day, and I am seeing a difference. It's not like a 'PRAISE JESUS MY ACNE IS COMPLETELY GONE' kind of thing, but it is helping. Today not one new pimple formed. Which is remarkable. Everyday basically 3 or 4 new peoples would slowly surface deep under my skin, but today there were none. This gave me a little hope, cause I'm basically at the point where I just want to break down crying cause I honestly give up. This is what I have been doing. I went to Target and bought one of those little spray bottles. I then went to a local grocery market (that has organic things) and I bought BRAGG's organic apple cider vinegar. I then diluted it to a 1:1 ratio (ACV:H20) and sprayed it on to a cotton ball and put it all over my face (AFTER washing my face and letting it dry a bit of course) I also found BRAGG's apple cider vinegar all natural drink (apple - cinnamon), which was like a 'hallelujah' moment because earlier I was trying to drink apple cider vinegar diluted with water and that was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Not that the apple cider vinegar all natural drink (apple - cinnamon) is very much better, but it is MUCH MORE TOLERABLE. Even though it is disgusting, I strongly suggest drinking it too. Acne is not only superficial, but can be caused by an internal imbalance as well. And I believe the apple cider vinegar will help that. If you're at your wits end like I am, the smell and taste is a tiny price to pay for some relief.
