Pros:

when i drank it i lost a few kilos :)

Cons:

skin went ballistic - pimples everywhere (although that might have been because homemade acne treatments aren't supposed to be used)

I still take a natural approach for my acne but i do more of an internal thing rather than an external thing. Perhaps because i bought the premium brand, my forehead broke out but I doubt i'd ever use acv again. My advice: -use organic -test if your skin goes nice with it.

Pros:

Less oil, better tone, dries out big zits, clears pores

Cons:

dryness, tightness, irritation (even when diluted), flaking, redness

the irritation caused problems. more zits in the long run i think. I lOVE the smell lol.....but it just wasn't that great to use however, I feel like it does have some excellent properties and I urge you to at least try it.

Pros:

This really dries out the skin so the zits go away, and your skin is kept looking good.

Cons:

The smell, but, really, you get over it....I did....

GREAT.

Pros:

It seems to work well. Haven't had any new breakouts since starting it and old ones got smaller after a couple nights.

Cons:

SMELLS BAD! it makes me gag and I can only use it at night. My husband thinks it smells too! And I go to the gym in the morning and if I didn't wash my fash enough I can smell it again when I start to get hot!

Although it stinks I didn't want to drink it and thought it was worth a couple bucks to try it. I have tried prescriptions, proactive, acne free......the list goes on. I have moderate acne on my chin and jawline. Nothing seemed to be working. It's annoying so I thought I would try some home remidies. This did shrink the excisitng pimples and red marks and I have gotten a couple new pimples but they are smaller and they respond quicker to this treatment. I am hoping that another couple weeks and it will be clear and I will try witch hazel as to maintain. Hopefully it wont smell as bad=)

Pros:

Acne hasn't gotten worse, which is good!!

Cons:

Smell, but I can tolerate it if it works!

My face has stabalized, not worse, not better. That's good I guess. I've only been using it for 5 days, so I am definitely going to give it more time. I take 2 tbls in the AM and 2 tbls in the PM (about 4:00 pm, before dinner). I like it mixed with apple juice (tastes like apple cider then), grape juice, ginger ale, but I like it best with grape pop!! Try it! You can't taste the vinegar at all! I use it topically morning and night. Once it dries you can't smell a thing. It doesn't make my face dry at all, and sluffs away the dead skin cells. I would highly recommend giving it a try. I have tried NUMEROUS prescription topicals, plus oral antibiotics with absolutely no luck. So stable is better than worse!

Pros:

Cheap and easy to use

Cons:

It kind of stinks.

You can purchase a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar at your local GNC for less than 3bucks, which can last for several months. It didn't do much for my face however it completely cleared up my bacne in 2 weeks and later chest acne in a month.

Pros:

Cheap

Cons:

Smell/taste

I recently picked up some ACV and have been using it topically as well as drinking a small amount daily. After a week i can see SOME results although nothing crazy. I bought White House brand ACV and people are telling me that organic is much better. Does it really matter if i use organic?
