Pros:

Feels nice, reduces swelling/tightens pores very quickly, reduces redness and dries up blemishes over time.

Cons:

I guess the smell, but that doesn't bother me and it goes away quickly.

I use ACV as a spot treatment for blemishes and as part of a toner mixture. I find that it reduces the swelling of spots (and if I've been naughty, it really helps improve the areas I've squeezed) and over a few days will dry up the blemish. I just apply neat with a Q-Tip twice a day. ACV is also part of my daily toner. I blend one part ACV, one part witch hazel, and 3 parts water. I apply with a cotton pad twice daily between cleansing with Cetaphil and moisturizing with Vitamin E Gel. Since starting with this toner, I've noticed my skin tone is more even/less blotchy, oil production seems to be regulated (I'm using 1 Clean and Clear Oil-Absorbing Sheet per day instead of 2) and a definite reduction in clogged pores. With this mixture, I get a little redness and some tingling on my forehead, but no burning or stinging, and the redness goes away as the toner dries. Mild vinegar smell fades too. For me, ACV is an excellent alternative to pricey and chemical-

Pros:

It's amazing! I only get a few pimples, but when I do. They are horrendous. :(

I used acv on my face and I seen results LITERALLY within a few minutes. It is now unnoticeable. great stuff.

Cons:

Its stingy, but I don't care.

It's SO worth it. USE it. It's worth a try. It works.

Pros:

Clears up your skin pretty fast, Makes pimples go away faster, Prevents new pimples, Really cheap

Cons:

Smells really bad, but it goes away

I use this for my chest and back. I used Olay creme ribbons body wash two weeks ago, and it made my chest and back breakout. I have since switched to using the Caress glowing touch soap and a wash cloth. I apply the vinegar (white distilled) as a "toner" to my back and chest after I have showered. It smells icky, and it stings a little bit, but it's nothing big. My back and chest are looking a lot better now. The breakouts are going away pretty fast. I wouldn't use this on my face because that skin is really sensitive, and I wouldn't want to irritate it. But for my back and chest, it's perfect! I will totally keep using this, especially during the summer. I want to wear my cute tops.

Great overall product with some downsides
I've been using Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar for 2 weeks, and the results were great. I use the vinegar as a toner mixed with distilled water at a 1:2 ratio to neutralise it, and it doesn't sting at all. I've had pustules, and papules disappear over night, but cysts take time but usually significantly reduce in size over a week. However, I have seen the product leave some red marks/hyperpigmentation of some acne. But, it does go down over time. Overall, I'd say this is atleast worth a try if you're struggling w/ acne like I have.

love
I now i should dilute it but i use it for like 3 months or so undiluted and it helpd so much also i do no rinse it of i use Bragg Apple cider vinigar with the mother . I tried also differet one (some german bio brand Sch... something :D ) but that one didnt do anything. Braggs one killed my black heads and all small bumps. Not the cystic ones though :/ :))

Pros:

Affordable---really affordable
Has a peeling agent
Lessened the visibility of my scars
In 4 days saw a result

Cons:

Smell
Stings a bit
Did have new pimples
I stopped all other treatment
Didnt use make up
I was mostly indoors

I have been finding a way how to lessen the acne scar on my face and i have tried diamond peel already so I'm terrified about abrasive procedures.. I already spent enough to acne so i was trying to find a natural remedy. i read a thread about Vinegar and a doctor suggested it, not just a poster who heard it from someone who heard it from someone..i was thinking what the heck.. Been battling for acne about 18 years now.. Tried everything i could. And i already have a vinegar at home.. Hinode vinegar is what i use, its a type of rice vinegar. And its quite effective. My scars lessened and i could actualy cover up my face. Before even if i use make up its soooo. I didnt expect a miracle but at least i saw an effect and didnt spend at all. Thanks! :D

Pros:

even skin (tones and scars, pigment)
reducing redness in marks

Cons:

smelly, acidic. i don't use it if i'm in a rush.

Treating skin involves many products. Each product is a piece of clearing your skin. And sometimes the problem isn't acne, or what's left from acne. I recently read a thread about fungus causing some skin problems... i used to suffer from tinea versicolor. I'm striving for soft, rosy skin. (fish oil, ACV, Betaine, probiotics, evening primrose, avoiding calorie dense WHITE (and enriched) foods.

Pros:

Skin Glows

Cons:

I don't know if it works

I have read every comment on every website and have no idea how this works or doesn't work. I have been using ACV topically once a day and drinking 2 tbsp/2x a day for 2 weeks. I have had acne for 15 years but now I have counted seven huge cysts on my face and neck. I don't get it. Is it trying to get all the toxins out of my body? I will continue to look like the elephant man for another month but that is all I am giving it. I hope it clears up soon. They hurt!
