Pros:

Quick and works when other things have not.

Cons:

Undiluted it dries my skin out a small bit and makes it a little itchy.

I've been working out 4 or 5 times a week since the beginning of February and it seems as a result the acne on my back got much much worse. I've had backne of varying severity since I was 16 and have tried soaps and creams but nothing seemed to have an effect. Finally I heard about using vinegar and picked up a half gallon jug of white vinegar and a spray bottle for about 5.00. Its been amazing, I now only have one small cyst on my back and the rest of my zits are gone or healing. Right after I work out I take a real hot shower and let my back rinse for a few minutes then I spray the vinegar on my back and let it sit for 5 minutes or so (usually brush my teeth while it soaks). I rinse it off then wash like normal - that's it. Seems to work best on those nasty white cysts.

Pros:

No new pimples the next day
Evened complexion out
Feels good on the skin

Cons:

Smells like vinegar (well what would u expect)

Good stuff, Read a lot of reviews then bought and tried, I would recommend it as its cheap, easy and seems to work so far, I dunno what y'all are on about with diluting it though, I use it full strength as a toner all over my face, it did not make my face red and only stung for a second, also my face didn't feel any dryer the next morning, Suck it up and try it without water, I don't see why anyone would have to dilute it 1/10 or even 1/1 for christs sake.

Pros:

Works for acne on the scalp.

I came looking for this topic because I suspected it worked--I've been rinsing my hair (and massaging the scalp) with vinegar after shampooing and acne on the scalp has been reduced: a surprising "extra" since I was using vinegar for softer hair. 2 T. white vinegar in a cup of warm water. Slowly pour it on so that you can massage it into the scalp. Sometimes I leave it on for a minute or two. Then rinse off and use whatever other hair conditioner you usually use. The vinegar removes soap deposits and makes the hair very soft. No smell afterward.

Pros:

Cleared up acne in MINUTES, reduced redness in no time.

Cons:

Somewhat strong smell.

I had these deep red dots and spots on my face, and I've tried everything from proactiv to special soaps to anti-acne medication to Burt's Bees anti-blemish stick (which helped for a while then stopped working, like my acne grew resistance to it.) It's just a pain in the arse tox deal with what acne I have, and all of the blackheads. I figured the acne was more noticable at first, so that was my top priority. I finally heard about the vinegar treatment and within minutes, the deep red spots went to very light pink and the next day all my acne was completely gone. That was the most impressive thing I've ever seen!

Pros:

It works! My skin feels clean and the red marks are definitely starting to fade. Haven't gotten any major pimples since starting (just one or two small ones on my forehead).

Cons:

Nothing, really. The smell isn't the greatest thing (slightly reminiscent of feet), but that goes away after it soaks in.

I've been using it for a week, twice a day as a toner (50% Bragg's ACV and 50% filtered water). Afterwards, I use a 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide cream, and then moisturize with Jojoba oil and Aveeno (and a lighter moisturizer in the morning). My red marks are fading, and my overall complexion is getting better. I still can't believe how affectively this is working... Give it a shot, it's cheap and safe for your skin.

Pros:

cheap and easy and it works fast

Cons:

I've been using this for three days, drinking 3 to 4 cap fulls a day as well as applying 50/50 water vinegar in the morning and at night and applying pure vinegar on problem spots. My skin looks great.

Pros:

Helps to Clear acne over a short timeframe.
Gives a person better face coplextion.
Is really cheap, etc, etc.

Cons:

Others may be able to smell the vinger long after you believe it's gone.
At first makes acne appear to be worst then better.
Dries out skin if used UNDILUTED, leaving possible rahes.

This product is useful when a person cannot afford to purchase thoughs highly overpriced fancy facial scrubs and topical creams. Gets rid of most acne, although NEVER use undiluted or a rash will most likely occur after just a few uses. Works by making your skin slightly drier (by soaking up the Sebum oil of face), killing most bateria that cause acne to develope and nicely removes dead skin cells still on your face leaving for a way better complextion. At first use, this product has sings of improvement all over. Although keep in mind that all acne treatments actually start off making your acne worse then before, this is in order to get rid of the acne not yet visible of the surface of your skin (such as Retiniods or Accutane, etc).
