Give it a go it may sound discusting but it not really that bad. Do you research and you will see that people have been drinking urine for thousands of years to cure all manner of things

I have severe and numerous spots of acne, usually clustered around my cheeks, down my neck and chin, and on my back. Just as one pimple is about to go away another one takes its place. I started applying urine on my face twice a day, one time in the morning and the other before I go to bed. I saw results after the first time with the reduction of inflammation and today (day three), I notice I have no new acne and the intensity has shrunk noticeably. I will write a review after two weeks.

Hiya This is my first time commenting on a Blog about any acne products, I never saw the point as all the products I used I wasn't pleased with. I had have acne since I was about 14 now 22. I have been to the doctors about thirty times and been given various prescriptions for antibiotics & skin creams (Oxytetracycline, Erythomycin and Tetracycline, I have also used BP, Zinc solution, purchased from the internet glycolic acid and many more).Glycolic Acid worked best to clear my skin but did not stop them appearing. My skin used to be mild to moderate before reading this blog, I have tried absolutely allsorts and I have to say UT is amazing, I have been using it for a about three weeks and seen results after about three days, my skin is CLEAR' actually clear!! Not one spot or red mark and it glows!! It's amazing who would have thought this would really work. I am dumb stuck, if only I had known about this since I have spent so much money on Acne products. When you firsts start it dries all your spots out not your skin just your spots, and reduces red marks not scars, in a couple of days you will notice that your skin has a glow to it and your spots are reduced and less new ones appear, don't get me wrong obv you will get the occasional spot (mainly girls I am assuming) but this is so much better than any other cream/antibiotics I have tried. So to you guys who think it is ridiculous and you have acne if you try this you will not regret it and no it does not smell, you just have a clean face and as urine is sterile it's not like your putting harsh products on your face like BP/Acids!! You may as well try it, what do you have to lose?!?!

I have stumbled, on the Urine Therapy in here. In the first second i was a little bit stunned. Then i thought to myself - ok, i have tried so so many things and nothing helps me, or if it did just for some period of time. I even had the thoughts, that i would do anything, even if it's weird and disgusting. After reading so many positive reviews on that, i decided to try that out. Doing that therapy for about a week now, and have to say i feel that it is working. I had massive breakouts for the last couple of weeks and i knew something weird is happening in my body, maybe because i have change the way i eat. Usually i have acne since i can remember myself, but lately is very extreme. So, for about a week, i don't have any new painful bumps, just the old ones that are fading away. Everybody who is doubtful about it, should just try it. It is not as disgusting as you think. It's from your own body, it's something familiar, that your body won't reject, the way it happens with every products from ''outside''. Feel very happy that i found out about it.

I have recently started trying the urine on my face im on my third day of applying it, and let me tell you this stuff is amazing! It did it on one night what proactiv couldn't do in 2 months! I swear im not lying after i woke up the first night i use it my pimples were dry, small, and not red anymore! I was like this is too good to be true! I will try this for a week and will report back the results. If this works ima do it till i die! Haha or maybe till im clear like a baby's face ^.^

Plain and simple. Urine can cure your acne. I never suffered from widespread acne, but I used to get one or two BIG, swollen whiteheads on my chin at least once a month (hello PMS). I have taken birth control for years due to an irregular cycle but it wasn't enough to get my chin acne under control. I started doing some research and ended up trying a lot of the other highly rated suggestions on this site, from lavender oil to the "perfect percentage" of benzoyl peroxide. However, I have incredibly sensitive skin, and even if my acne subsided, I was left with swollen, red, irritated, sore, and painfully dried out skin. If you still feel like urine is "dirty", go do ten minutes of internet research. It isn't. You truly have nothing to fear.) Here's my routine: -Get hydrated! All day long! It's good for your pee! -Wash face (or if you have sensitive/dry skin like mine, only the area you intend to apply the urine to) with a soap free cleanser (Cetaphil user for ten years, great for balancing skin) -Collect urine, midstream (to get the cleanest, freshest urine) on a cotton pad -Pat generously onto affected areas and let it sink it for a few minutes. It's going to tingle - That's the uric acid working. *THIS* is when you might notice a smell. Don't panic. Once it sinks in, you probably won't smell a thing. But to be sure... -Apply moisturizer right on top and it's like the smell was never there. (I use Olay Sensitive Skin, unscented) I do this daily before bed. My grandma told me about this when I was 12 and I thought she was crazy. She just died two years ago at 88 with never a blemish or wrinkle. I just figured it was because we're African American that her skin aged so well. Well I decided five months ago I didn't want to turn 40 with dull acne prone skin. I read these reviews and tried it. My skin looks SO much better. I only had two cystic pimples this past month before my cycle. I usually have at least thirty over the course of the month. My son keeps saying- your skin is glowing. I also add white willow bark and licorice root powder to my Cetaphil. My skin would be perfect if I continued to incorporate some type of salicylic acid but I completely forget about spot treatment now. I drink A LOT of water and try to eat healthy so it is pretty clear without a strong smell. Also give it time. Each month my skin is better than the last. I used to have persistent medium acne. I started urine therapy on a whim. I drink about 2 tablespoons of my morning urine, and I dab my face with urine in the morning and at night. I also use urine to remove my makeup. It works wonders. You have to wait it out though. The first two weeks after I started urine therapy, my skin purged. It broke out even worse and I got dry patches on my forehead. But after the first two weeks, my skin cleared completely. I'm 21 and my skin hasn't been clear for 10 years. I'm very happy with my skin now. I don't even use soap on my face. Sometimes I get very mild acne before my period, but other than that my skin is clear. Thank god for urine therapy!

Over the past 2 weeks, what has been my light-moderate acne, has gotten alot worse. I somehow came across this site and after reading what must have been... 60 or so reviews I decided it was worth a try. I've been very busy over the past week, so honestly I have not been to consistent with application. But I've had time to apply about every other night and have seen a GREAT improvement. I am currently getting myself on a strict routine of applying it twice a day, because I know if I do so, all my acne will be totally gone in less than a week. This is defenitly worth a try! and for the record as long as you drink alot of water during the day... no smell or anything. Best of luck.

i used a q-tip just to test it on a few of my bumps so i wouldnt have to put it all over my face but after i saw that the pimples had gone down and the redness was reduced i think ill use it all over. just try it on one pimple like i did to see if the results are like what you've read... plus its free so you cant go wrong with that !
