Urine Therapy

I started using this over the summer, when I returned home from boarding school. At first, I would put it on my face, leave it for a few minutes, and then rinse it off. After a while I realized that the smell (there's really only one in the morning and that's because my body is dehydrated) fades after maybe seven minutes. It works. It doesn't neccesarilly clear acne, but it reduces redness, stops new acne from forming, and therefore allows current acne the time to heal. My face is as clear as it was a year ago when I went to me dermatologist and he put me on an intense regime that lasted until I ran out of products. Everyone: If it helps, continue to wash your face with warm water before applying the urine. This allows it to enter through the opened pores. GOOD LUCK!

This sounds nasty, but it does work. I'm not sure why, but it does. I've been doing this for only three days now, and I can tell a big difference. Some people say it's best to let the urine sit for four to six days, but I haven't done that. I just catch it mid-stream onto a cotton-pad. Would I recommend this to another acne sufferer??? Absolutely.

UT is amazing! If you dont want to read my entire review, just know that its worth trying!! I am a 25 year old male and have had acne sinse I was 13. My acne was not servere enough to be prescribed accutane and topical retanoids and BP never worked for me. But having acne made my life very dificult. I spent a good amount of my time on this site for many years researching acne. One month ago, my research finally paid off when I stumbled upon this page; the reviews for urine therapy. I never heard of this type of treatment before and I was extremely curious and despirate for clear skin so I tried it later that day. I have been applying urine to my face every night for one month, and my face has never been better! My skin is completly clear with the exception of two fading scars which are from acne cysts I had before starting UT. This is the clearest my skin has ever been sinse I was in grade school. UT has been a life changing experience for me. I am so greatful to have finally found this, and I thank the lord every day to this day. For the first time, I can look at myself in flourecent lighting and actually like the way I look. **** One important factor is that I drink lots of water and also take one shot of lemon juice every day (another amazing acne treatment) I believe that the UT works better when combined with a healthy diet and ONE shot of lemmon juice a day. Too much of anything is no good, and UT is no exception. For the first week I applied urine 3x a day, but after that I only apply it at night before I go to sleep. I read a few UT reviews stating that the UT lost effectiveness after a few weeks to a few months due to excessive use. ONCE a day is more than good enough, and before you sleep is the best time because that is when most oil production occurs. I am still geting used to not waking up to new pimples! don't understand it but its the only thing that's worked tried: regimen, blotchas, retina micro, acv, countless other methods from the boards over then past half decade this has been the only thing thats actually worked fast and well and consistently

I know it sounds really gross. If you are just now finding out about this treatment, you're probably in somewhat of a shock. I mean, it's pee. What kind of person would put pee on one's face? But I was desperate. Junior year was starting in two weeks, and I was covered in little red zits. It was awful and I could not stop crying. I went to Acne.org, and UT seemed like the only treatment with consistently good reviews and no adverse effects. I thought it was so strange! Who would do this? But then I got up, went in front of the mirror, realized how desperate I was, and decided to try it. So I did it, and yes, it was quite nasty at first, but I could feel it working! By the start of school, some of my zits were really gone, and now 2 months later, I think I have felt the full effect of this product. My dermatologist even pronounced me cured and now I don't have to go back! I'm clear. Give it a chance. All the reviews are true because it's not like we're trying to sell a product!

WORKS WONDERSSSSSSSSSSSSS. i thought id give it a month just to be fair and it hasnt let me down......i went from Moderate o mild in less than a week and kept it to either NONE or MILD.........so happy!!!!!!!!!

I feel like crying.... one of the only people on this planet who is open minded enough to put their pee on their face and it doesn't work. Okay, I admit... the first 2 days were miraculous, and everything cleared up right away.... I was jumpiung for joy! I continued to use it however, and on the fourth day, on both of my cheeks errupted mild red spots, like a rash... I'd never really gotten many spots on my cheeks before. So I thought to myself... Okay, keep trying, it's probably just bringing them to the surface and it'll die down, but no, I now frequently have spots on my chin, my cheeks and my neck, and before this, I had mild to moderate acne mostly on my nose and forehead. I wanted this to work, I really did. This was just my unfortunate experience, but it might work for others. :(

i read the reveiws on here about three days ago, and i thought to myself, maybe this could work. my school starts in 3 days and my face looks horrid. i decided on day that i was just going to do it. that was yesterday. i did it again about 15 minutes ago. first, i do my last pee of the day and i catch some of it in a shot glass (gross i know. but its my own shot glass, haha). i pull my hair back, dip a q-tip into the shot glass and before i can chicken out, i run the pee diped q-tip on my fore head where i have the most problem with my skin, and my chin. i wait about 10-15 minutes and then wash my face and apply my already perscribed Differin. i woke up yesterday and looked in the mirror to see if anything happend, and my face looked SOOOO much better. so dont chicken out, JUST DO IT! im going to continue this for the next week and i am POSITIVE my skin will be perfect :D

PERFECT. I use it very often and i dont even think about it anymore. It works so y do i give a sh*t. Go pee! seriously think this is the miracle cure. Just catch the final pee (guys know) on a cotton pad (circle. Or folded toilet paper. Rub it on effected areas like a toner. Thats all i do. Swimming a lot tends to go well with this remedy. This is truelly mind over matter! It was the weirdest and hardest thing to put pee on my face...but it seems to be the best treatment Iv used so Iv stopped thinking about it too much. Im soo excited coz I was about to go and spend more money on a dermatologist, who so far have prescribed stuff that is soo harsh on the skin that they make u age so much faster. This is free and au naturele...how do you beat that?? I will follow up with progress after 2 weeks.
