I am TEN YEARS OLD. Haha. I started this urine therapy thing today, AND GUESS WHATTT... The redness of my acne decreased a little. I have mild acne, and being a 10 year old ( a child ) barely no kids have acne. So I get bullied alot, but now idc what they think. I am hoping for this to work. I would recommend this because EVERYTHING I TRIED MADE MY ACNE WORSEEE, but THISSSS URINEEE THINGG got rid of my redness. I love it

Pros:

it is free
it is natural
it does help

Cons:

keeping it a secret
a bit smelly

This is something that really helped me. I am applying it for already a month but the first results came really quickly - after a few days. It reduced the redness, it dried the bumps, it relaxed the skin in general. i am using it once a day - before bed without to rinse. try it, it really works!

Pros:

free
fast
easy
painless
natural

Cons:

slight odor
social stigma (which is silly!)

I'm 41 years old and have suffered from mild to severe acne off and on since I was about 14 years old. I'm truly a veteran - I completed THREE separate courses of Accutane and done EVERYTHING else in between. Nothing ever worked for more than a couple years. My last thing was the Regimine which worked brilliantly for about 1-1/2 years. Then suddenly, for no apparent reason, I developed an extreme sensitivity to the BP. I was devastated because I really thought this was the last treatment option available to me, and it had been working so well! (I did Spironolactone prior to that and same thing -- worked incredibly for about 2 years then just stopped.) So the other day I stumbled across urine therapy here. My husband begged me not to do it. I did it anyway but haven't told him I started and he has no idea. And guess what! It's working. I have always known that urine is anti-septic. I have never been one of these people who is grossed out by nature, including bodily fluids. But I have to admit I felt a little foolish the first night I started blotting my own urine all over my face. It has now been 5 days and have seen quite a bit of improvement. I only do it once a day. Right after dinner I apply the urine. Then right before bedtime I gently, gently rinse it off using a tiny amount of cleanser from the Regimine. I also use a tiny amount of the moisturizer from the Regime and apply that as gently as possible. Nothing else. I hope to continue to see improvement. It does feel surprisingly soothing! And it has reduced a lot of the redness/inflammation which had gotten so bad from the BP.

Pros:

so cheap and easily accessible! makes my skin soft and smooth

Cons:

smells and is a little disgusting when you think about it.

crazily enough, this is actually working! i put it on first thing in the morning and leave it on for a little while before i continue with my morning routine. then at night after i remove makeup, i'll put another layer on until i shower. i haven't been getting any more large pimples and my skin is starting to clear up.

Pros:

It makes your skin glow, feel smooth, takes away redness and reduces pimples in one day!!!!

Cons:

None really!! Just dont tell anyone about it, and while you apply it on your face and let it sit in....dont open your mouth because you might get a bit O' pee in yo mouth!!! LOL

I read the amaxing reviews to i tried it today! i peed in a cup, washed my face with water, took some q tips and folded toilet paper and dabbed the pee on my face. It was not as unpleasant as my fault. If you get it near a zit though, it can sting. But its nothing unbearable. i just waited 15 min and then washed it off in the shower. I did not see IMMIDENT IMPROVEMENT, but after an hour, my skin glowed, it became softer, AND my pimples became less red and began to deflate. ALSO it takes all of the pain away from pimples! YAY!!

Pros:

It really works! Clears pores. Gentle on skin. Normalizes oil production. Makes skin smooth, soft, and clean. Free. You don't need anything else.

Cons:

Smell, if you use old urine.

I had comedogenic and cystic acne - clogged and enlarged pores and some deep cysts that would never go away. I've read that it can be the most difficult acne to cure. I've used a lot of products over 20 years since I was a teenager. This is the only thing that has made a real difference. The people who say it doesn't work didn't use it long enough. Acne forms in deep layers of the skin. It can take 6-8 weeks for plugs to come to the surface and clear. When they start coming up, your acne will seem to get worse, but it's actually a good sign. Keep using it and your skin will get better as the sebum plugs get pushed out of your pores. The urine exfoliates gently and moisturizes and normalizes your skin. Use old urine - it works much better than fresh, which can irritate. I put it in a colored glass bottle and use a cotton ball to apply morning and night and leave it on as long as I can, then rinse. It does smell, but you get used to it and it's SO worth it!

Pros:

Beautiful Skin

Cons:

none

i love pee..i have never been so excited to wake up in the morning and pee on a cottonball and apply it on my face. It works wonders and when i got married the makeup artist wanted to know what i used on my face because it was soo smooth and clear..and i couldnt tell her it was pee because i was kind of embarassed of it and it was my little secret. Bottom Line - Start peeing and applying :)

Pros:

It works great. It's not always the fastest changing thing I put on my face, but it consistently works. And I tend to be impatient.

Cons:

I would NEVER tell anyone - even my mom - what I was doing.

But, seriously, it doesn't bother me anymore.

It's not the only thing I do, but it definitely helps. I went from so broken out I was embarrassed to go to a pool party to looking at myself in the mirror at work (under the fluorescent lights) and smiling in less than a week. Seriously.

Nice glow! XD jk
I have heard that pee works really well with acne. And yes, when I first heard of it, I thought, EW like the rest of us. But for the past 3 days I have been putting it on my face every morning and just leave it on. I haven't noticed anything yet, but my skin does have a nice glow. My Mom suggested this to me and I have watched many videos and read many reviews and I hope it works. Fingers crossed!

Once you have applied it, for how long do you leave it like that?
