Pros:

free and it's a miracle!

Cons:

smell of course

I have nasty inflammatory acne that I've battled for many years and it is simply a miracle that our own urine is the cure for acne. I've barely been using this a full week now and my skin is 250% better, no joke. My acne is almost completely gone now, my red marks are fading faster than ever, and my overall skin tone is brighter and just glows. It's AMAZING! :-)

Pros:

Its been a month since I discovered this gem of a remedy! My skin is super clear... any time some pimples start to surface, I just put it on before bed and they are pretty much gone by morning

Cons:

Cant exactly tell the whole world why all of a sudden my skin is so clear :)))

Bottom Line is this may very well be the cure for acne. Get over the fact that is is pee and u'll be glad you did... Not to mention save you tones of money on expe prescriptions which dont work nearly as well!!! good luck to those who take the road less taken.

Say what you want...
it works. It just makes your skin glow. I can't say whether or not it will heal severe cystic acne, but when I was consistent with it, my skin was just beautiful. It accelerated healing and promoted cell turnover better than any AHA or BHA I've tried. Also gives you a natural tan. If you eat super clean and drink water like a fish, there is absolutely no odor. Topical urine therapy has also healed a number of eye infections I've had within hours.

Pros:

it works and it works really good, like nothing else, and most important it's natural remedy, not some chemicals or antibiotics or such things

Cons:

it's urine and yeah it might stink, but that's only if you have bad eating habbits try eating only raw food and drink lots of liquid, it won't even smell bad, rather like tea or medicine or something..

people who complain that it made even more breakout is just either very polluted from inside (must change their eating habbits as well) either going though aggravation phase which usually happens before healing problem completely, that and also moral aspect is only cons i could think of, once you deal with that there shouldn't be much problems, only remember patience (although it works many times faster than anything else i know) and strong will is the key, you need to fight with disgust if such accurs and remember to apply it every single day, i believe even some days after you healed acne completely, just in case and then there you go :)

I will give it a try.
I am 17 years old and I started having acne around 7th grade. I like to say about myself that i'm the kind of person who tried EVERYTHING. My mom told me about urine therapy lately and my first reaction was, obviously, ew. I told my mom I am never going to try this, but after a few weeks of other useless masks, i decided to give it a try. Today is 17th of September and I am willing to try this for a month. For now If this works or not, I am going to let you know. UNTIL THEN, PRAY FOR ME.

This is what finally helped me
It sounds crazy, I thought so too when I first heard of it. But there were so many positive reviews and so much great information and even several books written on this subject. Everything from people with colds to cancer healing themselves through this, so I decided to give it a try. Sometimes it's not enough to just use it on your face though, you also have to drink it. That's what I did and within 3 weeks my acne was gone. Acne that I've had for almost 10 years were gone! I think doing this and also dealing with your emotional problems, is a huge thing in healing yourself. I also eat a very clean diet, vegan and drink lots of water. I'm not sure this would work very well with a unhealthy diet containing lots of meat. So if you're going to try this I recommend making sure you eat pretty clean as well. Right now I've gotten some small pimples on my shoulders and back so going to try this again and see how it works!

Pros:

it is free
it is natural
it does help

Cons:

keeping it a secret
a bit smelly

This is something that really helped me. I am applying it for already a month but the first results came really quickly - after a few days. It reduced the redness, it dried the bumps, it relaxed the skin in general. i am using it once a day - before bed without to rinse. try it, it really works!

social stigma (which is silly!)

I'm 41 years old and have suffered from mild to severe acne off and on since I was about 14 years old. I'm truly a veteran - I completed THREE separate courses of Accutane and done EVERYTHING else in between. Nothing ever worked for more than a couple years. My last thing was the Regimine which worked brilliantly for about 1-1/2 years. Then suddenly, for no apparent reason, I developed an extreme sensitivity to the BP. I was devastated because I really thought this was the last treatment option available to me, and it had been working so well! (I did Spironolactone prior to that and same thing -- worked incredibly for about 2 years then just stopped.) So the other day I stumbled across urine therapy here. My husband begged me not to do it. I did it anyway but haven't told him I started and he has no idea. And guess what! It's working. I have always known that urine is anti-septic. I have never been one of these people who is grossed out by nature, including bodily fluids. But I have to admit I felt a little foolish the first night I started blotting my own urine all over my face. It has now been 5 days and have seen quite a bit of improvement. I only do it once a day. Right after dinner I apply the urine. Then right before bedtime I gently, gently rinse it off using a tiny amount of cleanser from the Regimine. I also use a tiny amount of the moisturizer from the Regime and apply that as gently as possible. Nothing else. I hope to continue to see improvement. It does feel surprisingly soothing! And it has reduced a lot of the redness/inflammation which had gotten so bad from the BP.

i love pee..i have never been so excited to wake up in the morning and pee on a cottonball and apply it on my face. It works wonders and when i got married the makeup artist wanted to know what i used on my face because it was soo smooth and clear..and i couldnt tell her it was pee because i was kind of embarassed of it and it was my little secret. Bottom Line - Start peeing and applying :)
