Pros:

-Clears skin in about 4 to 5 weeks
-Makes skin less oily(Win!)
-Reduces redness
-Works great on recently popped pimples
-Underground pimples(cysts) go away within a week

Cons:

-Makes skin a bit to dry sometimes but what's lotion for?
-When applied on nonaffected areas it itches and irritates the skin
-Doesnt work so great on blackheads

It's a great product and I don't understand why people give such bad reviews on it. I understand that some products don't work on some people but that doesn't mean you have to give it a bad reputation. I started to use it about a month ago and my skin by far looks the best it's been in years. I'm 15 and have been struggling with acne since I was 12. I currently go to high school and I see girls and gals with horrible acne. I always come up to them and tell them to try this product. On some it worked but others it didn't. It all depends on your skin. Just try the product and if it works then great! But if it doesn't then just keep searching. Don't give up and let acne take over your life.

Pros:

* My skin doesn't dry out
* No irritation
* Pimples looked noticably smaller after 2 days

Cons:

*slight stinging when I first put it on. It stops after 5 minutes though

I have really stupid acne so instead of rubbing the product onto my acne until it's clear I leave it in white blobs overnight. I realized this helps the healing process faster. During the day i rub it in clear so I can put my makeup over it. This helps to make sure no excess oil or dirt is getting into and clogging my pores. I do this every single night and my skin is great! I have no acne and when I do it is bearly noticeable! I do keep in mind though that acne starts before you can see it so I wash my face with both olay faoming facewash, and clearasil daily face wash. I reccomend this to anyone like me who is tired of constant acne, broken promises on labels, and celebritys with perfect skin promoating acne washes. Please try this. I'm not a computer, I'm not a brand rep. I am a person who is sicka nd tired of acne. So get rid of it like I did. Hope this helps you all!

Pros:

Works good for all zit types (small whiteheads to nasty cysts). It took 2 nights of putting a big blob on each zit (6 zits, 1 large cyst, 2 normal-sized and the rest were small). I woke up the 2nd morning, and the 2 bigger ones had a head on them including the ugly cyst and the other zits dried up. Good stuff in my book!

Cons:

Burns for about 5ish minutes, until it absorbs and dries a bit...no pain, no gain! Because I use such a large blob, it takes a little elbow grease to carefully clean it off w/out torturing your zits!

I typically use meds from the derm...and I have used EVERYTHING OTC and from the derm. I haven't used OTC meds for years and my sister told me to try it, otherwise I wouldn't have. She read the statement on the box that said "works in 4 hours", so I went running to the store :) it's very effective for my stubborn inflammatory acne! I only gave it 4 stars, because I have a couple old zits (1 of them is an old cyst) that you can't see, but can feel....it hasn't done anything for those! But, then again...nothing will help them!

Pros:

Reduces redness and size
Prevents new pimples from forming
Dries quickly
Removes existing pimples
Very fast and effective

Cons:

Drying
Stings on first applications

I am 15 and I know that acne is common at my age but I just couldn't take it anymore! I used to have at least 20 or more pimples on my face at a time and I hated looking at myself in the mirror. So I bought this cream that a friend recommended and the Clearasil Daily Face Cleanser for 100% of acne. I apply it twice daily, in the morning and night after washing my face. The first week was a drag. It dried out my skin to the point where I felt my face would rip if I moved it. If I tried to put moisturizer on top, it was just a sticky mess. But, it did work. By the end of the week my pimples were barely noticeable. Now, 4 weeks later, my face is clear as it has ever been. If I do get acne, it's only 3 at most at a time. And now that my skin has gotten used to the cream, I don't mind applying it at all. It doesn't dry out my skin as much and it doesn't burn or sting at all. I can add cream on top within a few min. and it will be fine. I recommend this cream, but give it about a month so your skin will adjust. You won't regret it!

Pros:

-Reduced large whitehead size
-You really do see a difference quickly (maybe not 4 hours, but pretty fast)

Cons:

-Did nothing for redness
-Didn't get RID of zit
-Irritates skin (I have sensitive skin)
-Expensive

I'd use this if you want a one-time quick fix. But this cream doesn't really help you in the long run. For me, it helped get my zits out of that gross whitehead phase, however, the zit would only change, not disappear. It would become un-pop-able and hard to deal with. I think it caused worse scarring. DO NOT USE THIS CREAM ALL OVER YOUR FACE. It is only a spot treatment. I used it all over my face yesterday and today my skin is so painful! (Not damaged, but extremely uncomfortable) Also-if you do buy it and really want to get rid of a zit fast, don't follow the directions and put on a "thin coating"- GOP THAT BABY ON! It's the only way it works.

Pros:

-WORKS!
-Newer ones absorb into skin better
-Not as irritating as other spot treatments
-If you don't use too much at once the tube lasts a while
-Will definitely see improvement overnight.

Cons:

-Just a tad expensive, but it is SO worth it for clear skin.
-Doesn't get rid of the zit in 4 hours, but it definitely makes it smaller and much less red!

I've used this for.. gosh, around 3 years! In the first year it worked, but now this newer version of it (a little more watery looking) is even MORE effective! I used to use it when i had moderate acne and it helped but its definitely for people with light acne, cause i went to a dermatologist and now i have light acne rather than moderate. SO now i just get bigger pimples every once and a while. When i have stubborn pimples that i would like to get rid off, i look to this great product. I use it at nightime and when i wake up in the morning it's gone! For example, last night, I had a pretty big, tender spot on my forehead. It's the night before thanksgiving dinner so i was determined to eliminate it at all costs. i have a few spot treatments (clean and clear persa gel, c+c advantage, neutrogena rapid clear spot eliminating gel, etc) but I came to this one. I put it on and went to bed. This morning (thanksgiving day), I woke up, and the pimple was gone! There is just a very faded red patch where it used to be which is SO easily covered with a touch of make up or concealer. This is definitely a FANTASTIC spot treatment. If you want to get rid of your pimples, then please get this product! it's the best clearasil product on the market! ( - :

This worked well for me when I was a teenager, but it stopped working once I was an adult (I was 19 when I realized it just wasn't working anymore.) I think this is more for teen acne than adult acne. I recommend it to teenagers with bad acne, but this may not be for you if you are 19+.

I put it wait for 4 hours.. well, it did not show any changes.but then i save my patience and wait for one day. and next morning it was smaller than yesterday. I keep using this product, until 1 weeks and now my face is getting better than before.. you can totally see the changes. and I TRIED IT!! Thank God! Yeah, you might feel a bit itchy, or uneasy first time using, or it might dried up a bit your skin, but, wuts the use of moisturizer.

Pros:

if you're acne-prone, this is a good product to make your pimples disappear. best if you use it daily because it keeps new pimples from forming as well as doing away with old pimples.

Cons:

drying effect causes skin to burn/crack in dry weather. use moisturizer after applying the cream.

it's a great product if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on other acne treatments like proactiv, philosphy, or other dermatology treatments. I've tried them all and I think clearasil is the best bang for the buck to make your pimples disappear!

Great product, but..
Over all, this product works great on my skin. The only problem I had was that it made my skin a little dry after using it for the first time, but only to the point where it was difficult to put on makeup the first day. I guess it was because my skin needed to get used to it though. It is very fast acting & reduced the redness of my acne over night. I was very impressed!
