Acne.org : Treatment (Benzoyl Peroxide - 2.5%)

When i first started the regimen i didn't want to spend $45 on Dan's products and i also didn't know if BP was gonna help so i bought the BP from the drugstore as well as everything else. The drugstore BP was amazing as it helped clear my acne tremendously, the only reason it wasn't completely cleared is because i only did it ones a day. The acne.org BP is 100 times better because it spreads easier and gets absorbed faster and also when i used the drugstore one it dried white and came off with the moisturize, this BP has not dried me out as i use it in conjunction with the moisturizer (i have dry skin). Also some people say the BP doesn't work for them but there might be a reason. my friend was using BP and it did nothing for her but when she used salicylic acid it was wonderful for her but it did nothing for me. so just remember everyone's skin is different and maybe you should try the regimen just substitute the BP for salicylic acid and see how it works for you. This BP is the best I have ever bought.. It goes on so easily and doesn't really sting as much as the others. It also dries clear and has been working wonders for my face in only a short while! I will only use this BP from now on.. Thanks acne.org!

I didn't want to put harsh chemicals on my face, as I'd had bad experiences in the past. But this product truly works, and works extremely well. There is no acne treatment out there that is as effective. NB I use the rest of the regimen products also - the moisturizer, AHA+, and the cleanser.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on acne products untill my dermatiologist gave me BP presciption since then it has been a constant. Salicylic acid products do not work on my acne as effieciently as BP. for treating the acne scars i dab them with a paste of lime juice , tumeric and sandal withing 2 days the scars are almost gone. ALso the tea tree blemish treatment from Body shop is amazing in fading the old scars. Also i do not apply the BP on my whole face instead apply only in the areas where i get most breakouts. For face wash i use neutrogena's natural purifying facial cleansers and my face have been all clear for months now!

I really enjoy this product and have been using it for a few weeks now. I do not apply as much as Dan suggests in his videos because my skin becomes very dry and cracked. I apply about a dime amount onto the palm of my hand and it on my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. I rub in and violaaa! my skin feels a little tight after applying this but in the morning my pimples are under control and less red.

i really like this as a maintence treatment to keep my face clear, i use a pea sized amounts dab each on my cheeks forehead(occasionally) and bottom jawline area. using this smaller amount i find it to be non irritating and effective. I would start off with very little and let it adjust to your skin when first starting off with this. ALSO alwayyyyysss replace after 6 months the texture will start to get more liquidy when its losing its effectiveness and you may get a little more acne if you dont replace after that time,other than that its a great product.

After many derm visits, wasting a lot of money, and trying a lot of products, I took a chance ordering this product and it is the only product that has product has cleared cystic acne! I only got cystic acne in my chin, but after using this product, I barely get any. So happy I discovered this product. I've been reading reviews that BP is bad for your skin, but i haven't experienced any discoloration on my eybrows. Only bad this is the dryness, which I'm handing with a good moisturizer.

This is the most economical benzoyl peroxide treatment I have found, though I would suggest stocking up when you get it because of the steep shipping costs. It goes on more easily than Neutrogena's on-the-spot treatment, which is more of a cream. This stuff feels almost like water on your face in comparison and dries easily. It made my face feel like I had rubbed it in a patch of poison ivy until I adjusted to it after a week or so, but it was worth it because my skin is clearing up. Word of caution though, give your eyebrows a wide berth, because I smeared this stuff on multiple times forgetting this, and now my eyebrows are quite blonde and I'm waiting for them to grow out... Also, I would suggest having a specific towel you use for your face that you either don't care about or is white, unless you want to end up with half of your hand towels and face towels having bleached spots all over them like I have.

Ive tried thousand SPF dollars worth of products and this works like a charm!!!! I am one happy happy happy happy customer!!!
