Pros:

I have been using this for well over a year and it has kept me clear! Some tubes seem to be more watery than others but it doesn't seem to affect the results. This stuff is even better than the prescrip 2.5 bp I used! Wish it was a little cheaper.

Cons:

Not available locally. Wish I had it in high school!

The best acne product I have used. Been on every acne drug there is besides 'tane as well. I probably won't ever buy another acne product besides this one. For a good moisturizer (for men), I find that Baxter's of CA moisturizer is perfect on top of this.

Pros:

Gets rid of redness, decreases the size of pimples, dries quickly, skin looks so much healthier, very effective, inexpensive.

Cons:

there is no such thing as PERFECT. It can be a little drying, but that's how it works. which is why you should never forget to moisturize after applying the Benzoyl Peroxide.

This is the only product that has ever worked for me as I am sure it will work for you if you repeat the steps carefully as instructed by Daniel Kern. Yup, Dan's the Man :) I cannot thank you enough.

Pros:

goes on clear, easy to use, fairly effective

Cons:

becomes watery when I'm half way through the tube. It was so watery that it slipped from my finger to my new carpet.

Good product but should have warned about shaking well before each usage so that the remaining half of the tube would not have been so watery and wasted.

Pros:

Effective. Nice texture. Good quantity. I like how it is fragrance-free.

Cons:

A little wet and takes a little while to dry. Hard to get the last remains out of the bottle.

It is an acne treatment that works and is at an affordable price unlike when I was on Proactive. I was also using 10% BP at one point, but that stuff dried out my skin like no other. This BP does not dry out my skin at all and I was surprised with its rather quick results! People have complimented on my clear skin a lot now. I don't even have to wear makeup anymore.

Pros:

It cured my acne!

Cons:

None!

Following Dan's Regimen my face is completely clear for the first time in years!

Pros:

Left my face with very few inflamed acne lesions

Cons:

Also left my face insanely dry and bleached? Its noticeably lighter where I used this product. My skin is really damaged from this stuff, didn't work out at all. Made it impossible for my redmarks to heal. Also cost a lot with shipping.

This stuff is the worst!

Pros:

Cheap, works wonders if you use it properly. Comes in the gel form which is much better than the Nutrogena on-the-spot cream form I used to use.

Cons:

Bleaches fabrics, but I suppose all BPs do that..?

I've been using the regimen for almost three years now, and its amazing. There have been some breakouts that have been tougher to battle than others, but for the most part, this has been the only acne treatment to ever work for me..and I've tried many! Dan, thanks so much for putting out a more affordable, gel-form BP. And for anyone out there that's skeptical about whether or not the regimen will work for you, just try it. As long as it's followed carefuly, you'll see some amazing results.

Pros:

When it works it really works. Comparatively speaking it is reasonably priced.

Cons:

Inconsistent results over long term. Bleaches black skin. Bleaches clothes. Once start using can't stop as will get major breakout. Skin around eyes got wrinkly (dryness?) after started product - even though don't put it there. Have to order online.

I gave an average rating because for some periods my skin looks fab but for others horrendous. Not sure if it's inconsistent product, application or hormones. I'm making a conscious effort with application now and will rate again after a couple of months ..but I'm up to about 2 tubes/mth now so it's not as cheap as it used to be. Kudos to Dan though. I would encourage others to try it as some have had great results. I would love to hear about the experiences of other black skin users

Pros:

Not irritating.
A little goes a long way.
Doesn't seem to stain clothing like other products.

Cons:

None

Awesome product! Finally, something that really seems to consistently work w/o irritating my skin.

Pros:

Goes on clear, readily spreads across skin without drying up, does not "clump up" with most moisterizers, less redness and flakes than with Neutrogena On-The-Spot, large size

Cons:

Must be purchased through the Internet

I am 21 years old and just recently started experiencing a resurgence of mild acne. I first started having problems with acne during junior high and high school. As breakouts became less frequent towards the end of high school, however, I made the mistake of assuming that the problem had been largely a puberty-induced one, and stopped taking care of my face. When whiteheads started reappearing in force a few months back, I panicked and went through several over-the-counter products in a period of weeks, hoping to find that ever-elusive overnight miracle product. Needless to say, this only worsened the symptoms. Thanks to Dan's website, I now have a simple, consistent regimen that has been working very well for me: Basis Sensitive Skin soap bar, BP, and Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion. I've been on this regimen for about a month now, and my face has cleared up remarkably. I just recently switched to Dan's BP Gel from Neutrogena On-The-Spot, and it is simply a much better prod
