Pros:

It cleared up my acne! and it's cheap

Cons:

It takes time to massage it into the skin

I've had bad acne in high school and mild acne in college. I tried everything: Proactive, Exposed, topical treatments, pill (Diane and Tri-orthocylen) and natural stuff but nothing never cleared my skin for more than 2 weeks. But Daniel Kern gel did. It's been 4 weeks now and I don't have any zits or read mark. And I'm confident my skin will stay beautiful! You should really try it... and if you live far like me, order a couple of tubes at the same time to save on shipping!

Pros:

goes on smooth, good price, good amount, doesnt dry out skin

Cons:

looks horrible under make up, takes a long time to work, wasnt effective for me at all.

I was so excited when i saw everyones review and how much they all loved it. The first night I put it on it burned a little but hey so does everything else. I woke up the next morning and my pimples were BRIGHT red. and SOOO dried out i think I had an allergic reaction or something. didnt really work for me.. so i guess i have to kepp trying different things. try at your own risk i guess.

Pros:

I have mild acne and within 3 weeks of using this gel I didnt have a single zit on my face.

Cons:

A little bit of drying occurs, but it gets better over time. Now I barely have to put any moisturizer on at all because my skin is used to it.

If you're not convinced... buy the product and try it out!! That's what I did... it's not expensive, and now I'm a believer!

Pros:

I have been doing the regimen for almost three years now, and it has consistently kept my acne away. The gel does not cause excessive drying or flaking, especially when you've kept at the regimen and your skin adjusts.

Cons:

It sometimes seems like it can take a long time to absorb into the skin, but it still works as long as the skin is sufficiently dry.

I wouldn't use anything else!

Pros:

Works as is said. :)

Cons:

To follow the regimen, i have to use a big amount each time and that's inconvenient for the rush hours in the morning. Causes flaky appearance but, well, that's normal.

I have no inflamed acne after using it. so cool. ^_^

Pros:

The best acne treatment I have ever tried. Comparatively speaking, the gel is inexpensive and works way better than ProActiv. This is my third year on the regimen and it is the only product that keeps my acne away.

Cons:

None!

Don't expect it to cure acne overnight. I took me several weeks to be acne-free. Stick to the regimen and don't skip days or steps!

Pros:

Smooth, almost soft texture, goes on clear, STAYS clear, can be worn under makeup and moisturizer, feels clean, non-drying and doesn't burn (for me).

Cons:

None!

I have moderate acne that scars, and I used to suffer from cystic acne. I've tried Retin-A, antibiotics, Tazorac, and Ortho Tri Cyclen. I refused to use accutane because of possible birth defects. I'm not sensitive to any skin product so I put a full finger's worth on (again, my skin doesn't respond dramatically to anything, so this large amount was an amount I knew that I could handle without irritation), rubbed it in gently, let it dry, and went to bed. The next day, my skin tone was improved drastically! The spots had shrunken, and redness was reduced. My face is never stiff/flaky from this product and moisturizer goes on well over it. Within 2 weeks of consistant use, about 80% of my spots were gone. Red marks were fading. Now, after 4 months of use, I get 1-2 monthly pimples, as opposed to 4-5 WEEKLY pimples. What overjoyed me the most is that it's helping to fade my scars. Will NEVER go back to BP creams or lotions. Now being able to go without makeup is wonderful! Thank you Dan

Pros:

Does reduce amount of acne, dries quickly

Cons:

terrible rednedd and dryness, even with a lot of moisturizer. Very inconsistent results

If your gona use bp, this is the best and cheapest way to go. In my opinion BP is not the way to go for treating acne. It has been around since 1920, really old method. I feel the its cons outweighs the pros.

Pros:

Fab, dries pretty fast, WORKS (most importantly)

Cons:

Bleaches fabrics

Dan, I think I love you. I read a whole bunch of these reviews thinking they were faked by a large crew of underpaid workers in your basement or something but now, I believe. I bought this cheap (large) tube of BP off of your site on Sunday. It arrived Tuesday morning, although that's probably because I live literally a city away from your company. In any case, that night I excitedly applied the "finger" of lotion to my face and neck and waited for it to dry. I have to say that many of you are whiners- It doesn't take that long to dry. Really, now. It only takes about a minute. Then I applied moisturizer and went to sleep. I woke up and blammo! Insta-improvement. Face smoother. Proto-pimples stopped dead in their tracks. It was a dream come true. Mind you, I have moderate acne on my chin and cheeks and a little on the underside of my jaw. It's really helped. Just follow Supreme Leader Dan's regimen and you'll be alright.

Pros:

i don't break out when i use this product

Cons:

does not get rid of blemishes. after the pimples subside, it leaves red marks on face

i've tried other products including proactive. those just make me break out like crazy! this is the only product which makes me not worry the following morning that i have a big zit on my face...so even though it does not clear out blemishes, i use it still because at least i'm not developing any zits anymore
