Pros:

WORKS!! and FAST!! I saw almost immediate results. Very affordable (I've spent 10x's as much on stuff that never worked). Easy, not a million steps involved. Really the best thing is it actually clears up my skin!!!

Cons:

For about the first week my skin was dried out, but I have been on it for about 3 weeks and my skin is no longer irritated by the product. Benzoyl Peroxide does bleach clothes, but I just apply it carefully and make sure I wash my hands.

Try it!! I am 31 and have been dealing with moderate acne my whole life! Its only been 3 weeks and my skin has never looked better! IT WORKS!!

Pros:

Eliminated pretty much every pimple on my skin after just 2 days!
The morning after the first use I could immediately see that existing zits had faded. It stops new zits from emerging.

Cons:

Like every other review given on this website I agree with the fact that it dries out ur skin. When you start using the BP, start with a small dosage, to see how your skin reacts. Up the dosage when you see it reacts well. Use moisturiser after BP.

I have tried pretty much every available acne treatment, from everything I could find in stores to Proactiv, and this method works best for me. I use 5% BP as 2.5% is unfortunately not available in my country, and in the beginning I feared that this concentration would do more worse than good, but it didn't. The things you have to keep in mind when using this regime is that it does not work miracles. Don't expect your face to be 100% after the first day, but be consistent and hang on. It worked for me, and it WILL work for you! And dont let the messages about flaking and dry skin scare you off, this you can fix with a good, non-comedogene moisturiser. Stop looking at yourself in the mirror with disgust, and start improving your skin with this regime, because it works! Thanks to acne.org, you guys did an amazing job! You changed my life!

Pros:

Works very well for getting rid of acne and staying clear if used properly. I have never been more clear since I was 12.

Cons:

It burns quite a bit for the first couple minutes, makes my skin really red for almost a half hour. But worst is that it leaves dry skin that even the lotion cannot seem to take care of.

This is real hay maker of the regimen it's what gets the job done and it does it well. I found that for the first month of using it I wasn't leaving enough time in between steps for drying and therefore the regimen wasn't working to full potential. As soon as I was leaving ample time in between steps it started working like a charm. I believe the last time i had a pimple was 2 months ago! There are a few downsides to it but none seem to be much of an issue if I have an hour before I leave the house. Because I am an athlete one attribute I really loved was that it does not come out of your skin white when you sweat, this is especially important if you have to practice before school or work and wont have time to go through all the steps again. Bottom line it's wayyy cheaper than proactiv wayyy less harsh and wayyy more effective. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Pros:

It does work quite well.
Large quantity
after 4 months, acne is almost completely under control.

Cons:

Caused me really severe initial break out, extremely drying for my sensitive/combination skin in the beginning, leaves red marks. Packaging needs improvements

Started the regiment in Nov., about 1.5 week in, had one of the worst break ever, big red cystic acne all over cheeks and chin, many reviews stated purging in the beginning, so i decided to stick with it. Skin was extremely dried out and flaking, the moisturizer in kit wasn't effective for me, tried it w/ jojoba oil, caused more breakout. At the time i switched to Clinique moisture surge, skin was still dry but flaking was under control. Seeing improvements about 2 months in, the initial breakout healed & left red marks, still got about 5-6 pimples here and there. Then used AHA at night with BP, alil improvements but still dry and feels rough compare to before. Skin look aging and dehydrated. Now use BP & Olay moisturizer at day only,Bliss groovy peel & toner at nite (skin softened alot!) along with thermaclear to stop any potential pimple. My skin was clear for 2wks, now have 2 pimples(due to my diet), Everyone's skin is diff, hope my review will help s

Pros:

Is good at helping get rid of acne, helps stop new zits coming

Cons:

far from a miracle product, causes a lot of skin dryness and flaking of the skin

If BP helped got rid of red marks then this would be the ultimate treatment. it doesn't however, and people say that it makes red marks linger for longer as it releases free radicals on the skin. Red marks are very irritating too but not as bad as acne so This is a pretty good product. I use to use alot of it day and night now just at night time. It does discolour pillow cases and things btw and the most annoying part is your skin looks sort of worn out and aged from it as well as the really bad flakiness it causes. I can't even get rid of the flakiness with a moisturiser. Overall I give 2.5 % bp a 3.5 out of 5.

Pros:

generous amount of product for price paid, gel based...goes on clear, helps prevent new acne from forming.

Cons:

does dry skin a bit, leaves you with some flakes but nothing a little moisturizer can't fix, only available on-line.

by far, this is one of the best acne treatments i have used! a few months ago, i started breaking out like crazy, to the point where i didn't want to leave the house. saw a dermatologist who prescribed me clindamycin gel, and differin .01%. long story short...happy to say that as of today, i am 99% clear with help from neither medications. came across this site one day and ordered dan's BP. started using it in the morning along with differin .03% at night for a little over a month and the results have been fabulous!!!

Pros:

Seemed to lessen infected acne as it dried up the skin,

Cons:

Made my face burn terrible. hence the pain would make me angry, and I dont like being angry all the time.

Ive used this product for over a year a few years back. -- Dont have oily T-zone, Acne is on checks chin and lips. -- would get papsuals and zite, my zits would become red and infected, but would pop clean if waited 1 week. not many whiteheads as bp would irritate -I used it properly ffollowing the regimine -after worked up to full dosage, would have so much bp on face and them moisturizer, kind of had a layer of junk on face --face would burn tewrribly after put on. Would have to shower to get relief.

Pros:

cleared up small acne growing on the surface.

Cons:

-it caused my skin to breakout with cystic acne
-dried out my skin completely

even with the moisturizer and jojoba oil throughout the course of the day my skin ends up being really flaky with the BP and it takes too much time to do and wait for everything to dry to apply the moisturizer.. I am sad it didn't work for me - but happy to hear it's working for so many! :D

Pros:

It works! No smell. Nice consistency.

Cons:

Dries out skin. I still get the occasional pimple.

I've been using this for over a year now, its the only thing that consistently works to keep me breakout free! I don't use the other acne.org products, I use AcneFree face wash and Olay Complete SPF 15 moisturizer. This is the best combination I've found, and its been working for me for about 5 months now. Only thing about this...it doesn't really stop drying out my skin. If I apply a tad bit too much, I get flaky skin out of the blue. And winter time is flake city around my eyebrows and mouth.
