Pros:

leaves you smelling fresh and minty, cools big inflammed spots, reduces pustules and spreads nicely over skin.

Cons:

may sting slightly, has no reducing effect on nodules, makes skin tight and shiny, hard and painful to cleanse if left to overdry on pimples.

didnt help too much but cooled my face and reduced appearance of pustules. left me feeling refreshed and clean. id advise only using white toothpaste like Colgate and only leaving it on for 15 mins; not longer, and following up with a toner and moisturizer.

Pros:

good for those small pimples. drys 'em out.

Cons:

gave me red irritated skin. and not good for really big zits.

i've used toothpast alot in the past when i had small pimples and it worked fine. (hey guys, only put the toothpaste on the pimple. not in large areas. some people use it as a mask. DON"T DO THIS. it's so bad for your skin!) anyway, then i started geting these really big zits on my chin (like 4 big ones!) so i used it and stung so bad and made them really red and reall sore. i would recomend it for those occational small pimples though...give it a shot i guess.

Pros:

clears skin if left on overnight.

Cons:

makes skin red and dry sometimes.

I think this is good for small areas. I tried it on a large area on my face and it turned all red and dry.

Toothpaste will really help to calm down the redness and the swelling of a pimple. It's a great tool to have in your arsenal. Unless you have great skin and only the occasional pimple I wouldn't keep it on over night because like many here say it will irritate the skin and leave a red blotch in its wake. MY ADVICE: If you got a nice swollen zit, apply toothpaste to it in 2 to 3 separate applications for 20 to 30 minutes each. It will greatly reduce the redness and swelling and will provide a great head start or concealing it during the day or using another method to completely get rid of it at night.

Pros:

-reduced size of all pimples
-worked after the first day

Cons:

-dried out skin
-redness

good for a quick fix. i would use it everyday for forever, but its only been 5 days and my skin is almost irreversibly red. it is wearing off slowly, but not as bad as it could be.

Pros:

it made my pimples a little smaller

Cons:

dried out my skin

it works pretty well when your in a pinch and have nothing else.

Pros:

sometimes shrinks the pimple

Cons:

burns skin and leaves it red for a while, also burns and may leave a scar

if you only put it on the pimple and leave it on for 15 minutes, i guess it could work. But be careful, I left it on all night and the next morning I had red bloches all over my face, it looked terrible.

Pros:

Cheap, easy to get. You can use it for brushing your teeth too.
Easy to use

Cons:

Stings quite a bit

It really stings when you first put it on your face. Be sure to only put it on your Pimples, and not your whole face, just the spots that need it. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then wipe it off gently with a damp, warm rag. It works fairly well. However, it does sting ALOT.
