The Regimen

The regimen really works! I'm one of the hundreds that have tried everything under the sun from taking recommendations from friends, family, and professionals and using promising acne gadgets that always failed to keep my skin under control. The first couple weeks is hard, but as you push through with optimism that the regimen will work, it will work. I've been on the regimen for 5 months, and I'm loving the results! Clearer and smoother skin. And acne scarring slowly but surely going away. I don't think I can live without this regimen.

I have been using the regimen since april 2012 and I absolutely LOVE it. I was starting to break out a lot, with those pimples that are like bug bites... no puss just sore and inflamed. This regimen cleared that up in about 2 months. I can now go out with no makeup on and feel comfortable. Dan- Thankyou so much for creating this, I am so glad I found out about this. It is affordable and so worth the money. I bought the basic kit 2x's already and now will be purchasing the treatment again. My skin has cleared up and I rarely get breakouts. Even my scars are looking better and I get a lot of compliments on my skin. Now I use cetaphil cleanser folowed by the treatment... then a oil free moisturizer from trader joe's. I absolutely love it. And I will continue to use the treatment, I hope U never stop selling it. I highly recommend this to anyone with skin problems.. no need buy the fancy stuff, THIS WORKS!!

I have tried everything--and I mean everything, to clear my acne. Nothing over the counter or prescribed to me by my dermatologist ever worked. I came across The Regimen a day before my next dermatology appointment and decided to order it, so I canceled my appointment. I have not returned to the dermatologist since I began using this product! I have to warn you that the beginning can be very difficult. Your skin will flake (it's inevitable) and even get itchy at times. In the beginning this caused me to break out even more at times (it was so incredibly frustrating), but then I reduced the amount of BP that I used. Anyway, I decided to stick with it and 4 and a half months later I am SO happy that I did. It will take time. It's not an over night miracle. Now, I hardly ever get a pimple except once in a while around my menstrual cycle. But, before using The Regimen I can't remember a time when I didn't have at least 2-3 blemishes at the same time (and that was on a good day). If you've been dealing with acne for as long as I have or even longer, this product is definitely worth a shot.

Try it if you have moderate to severe acne like me

At 40 I would have thought I'd not have to deal with acne any more but like many others it's a daily battle. I am very happy to report that after my first big bottle my skin is as clear as it has ever been. I don't follow "The Regimen" as such but twice a day with the treatment plus moisturizer and cleanser once in the morning has been all that's needed. My cystic acne has also been relatively tame, and while things aren't 100% they're far better than they were a year ago. I've had better results with this than any other topical prescription. The moisturizer is a bit weak but I found that using it consistently helped with the dryness over time. If you are prone to rosacea I recommend avoiding the AHA+. Nice stuff but my skin wouldn't tolerate it with any degree of sun exposure. Too bad but my wife loves it. The price paid is Canadian dollars for the Big Kit Plus including shipping.

I've had acne since I was 12 years old, and my dermatologist could do nothing for me;everything she recommended was expensive and did not work. When I was 21, I started researching online and found this regime. It is the ONLY thing that has worked for me. The BP is drying to my sensitive skin, but the regime works to manage that. It is still gentler than any other topical I've tried. I've been on it for over 2 years now and still going strong! I use a little less BP than Dan recommends - maybe my face is smaller, and my skin dries out very easily. I find this still works for me; I just never worked up to the full 2 pumps and stopped when I found the amount to be effective. And I can't say enough about the psychological benefits of finally controlling my acne. Nothing will "cure" acne, but this gives you a fighting chance at clear skin!

I have had cystic acne on my face since my freshman year of college. The severity fluctuates with my monthly cycles. Unable to go on BC, I sought help from a dermatologist. She placed me on oral antibiotics. The antibiotics helped for a couple years, but diminished in effectiveness over time. About a year ago, I stopped taking the meds in preparation of starting a family. My acne started to get out of control. It stopped being predictable and took over my face. The cysts were concentrated on my chin. There was a time when I could count 10 cysts on my chin alone. It hurt to eat, smile etc. And the overall effect on my self image goes without saying. I tried everything. EVERYTHING. I spent money on every over the counter acne treatment. I tried natural stuff to the stuff that makes you feel like your face is going to melt off. Nothing worked. I have been on this site before. One night, (after a pity party and crying spell) I decided to try Dan's tips. I followed his guide to treating acne by buying the recommended products at the drug store. I started to see results. After a couple weeks, I decided to order the products from the man himself. I followed the regime to the letter. I even printed out the directions and taped it to my mirror. I wanted to give it every opportunity to work. The first couple weeks were difficult. I have sensitive skin and I flaked pretty badly. If I tried to wear make up for long periods of time I wanted to scratch my face off. I persevered, and thank God I did! Four months after starting the regime my face is completely clear. That is right. COMPLETELY clear. Most of my acne cleared up the first month or so with my cysts on my chin taking the longest to leave. Now all I am left with are scars, which hopefully will fade with time. Good product that has worked for my moderate acne, hasn't made my skin perfect yet, but very significant progress... and much better than Proactive.
