Pros:

I love this, it totally takes the redness out of the blemishes on my face and i wake up every day feeling great

Cons:

cost

Honestly i swear by this mask, if i go one night without using it i worry that ill break out. This helps to dry out acne and also keeps the redness away.

Pros:

works really well! sulfur is the only thing that works for me and this one beats out all the rest out there! doesn't smell bad for a sulfur acne product, there are much worse smelling ones out there! works for the occasional pimple when used at night

Cons:

really expensive when you buy it from a kiosk...i don't buy the whole kit because it's way too harsh for my skin. however, it lasts a really long time (2 years for me) when used as a spot treatment or occasional mask. definitely worth it in the end!!

i definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a product that actually dries up pimples fast and absorbs excess oil without drying out the skin. plus, if it doesn't work, you can always return it without any hassle.

Pros:

-clears redness/ smoothes out complexion
-reduces APPEARANCE of pimples

Cons:

-doesn't help clear severe acne areas
-using toner after washing away this product will make your face unimaginably stinky

The rest of the Proactiv Solution was pretty ineffective in terms of clearing my acne but this product worked very well. The only thing I've noticed is that it doesn't clear away pimples that are starting to form, it only takes away the redness around the clogged pore. I haven't noticed any dry skin or irritation after using this product like some people have mentioned... but that may be due to the fact that I have really oily skin.

Pros:

always comes free with the system, i personally like the smell, works on smoothing out oil and pimples even with inconsistant use.

Cons:

it can feel like your skin burns a bit when you use the syatem after the mask, the bottle is small but then again its only made to last a month.

LOVE IT and use it all the time when i get that rare pimple. And it makes your face tingle!

Pros:

Effective at reducing redness/inflammation.

Cons:

The actual price.
The sulfur smell.

When I started using the ProActiv system (after a year, I gave up on it...), this came as a free sample, and I really liked it. It made my skin smoother and helped to reduce the size of my blemishes quickly without irritation. I'm not a huge fan of ProActiv -- they're expensive and I didn't have much luck with their system -- but I thought this was a nice mask.

Pros:

When used at night like the bottle says, as a mask, not a spot treatment, I definitely see a difference the next morning. It helps with the redness and severity of the acne.

Cons:

Doesn't clear it all up in one use like the commercial says, but still works great when used over time. Smells bad, but it's tolerable. Bottle is too small for the price.

Pricey for such a small bottle. Works well, but not instantly. If used like the directions say, you won't have a problem. Make sure you're not allergic to sulfur before you use it. Try it on a little spot on your face if it's your first time, just to make sure. I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so I can't use the other ProActive products (I get red and itchy skin), but this Refining Mask works great for me!! I don't experience any dryness or itchiness. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. Although the smell lingers for a while. But that doesn't bother me. Also, I can buy it on it's own at our mall in one of those little ProActive kiosks and I've seen them at other malls as well. So for those of you who say you wish you could buy it on its own, you might want to check your mall to see if you actually can!

WORKS GREAT!
Results are shown the very next day!
AND CLEAR SKIN!!!!!

Cons:

Smells Bad?!

It's one of the best Acne treatment i ever used so far. The pimples actually disappear before your eyes the very next day! =]

Pros:

When it's used consistently it helps clear up my acne allot better than with just the three step system alone but yeah you need to use it consistently in order to work.

Cons:

It smells kinda bad and when you rinse your face the smell kinda lingers and their's a funky residue after. I recommend you only use it at night which is what the company also says you should do. It also leaves my skin dry if I leave it on to long.

It works great for me. I would tell you to try it. It doesn't work for everybody but still give it a try if you've never tried it. It's kinda expensive but it's worth it.

Pros:

Softens skin, tightens pores

Cons:

Some may not like the smell

I use it as a mask all over my face, not just as a spot treatment and it works wonders! I do wish it was cheaper though.

Pros:

doesnt over dry skin..makes redness go down alot

Wish it kept skin clear all the time.. but its more for spot treating, but it does work very well..and reduces redness alott!
