Pros:

Works extremely well. Clears most tiny zits literally overnight, and reduces redness and size of bigger zits overnight also. Works amazing!

Cons:

The sulfur smell is terrible. It also dries your skin out drastically if you use it wayyyy to much.

This is one of the best acne products on the line right now, i would recommend this for anyone who needs acne control.

Pros:

This defiantly makes the appearance of your pimples go away. The redness is removed from your face. And if used a lot after a while your pimples will be gone.

Cons:

There are none. People complain about the sulfuric smell but I actually like it.

I've tried the whole proactiv line and it didn't work for me. But this is actually one thing that I enjoy using because it actually works. The refining mask is probably the best thing that proactiv sells. And you can order it from proactiv for about 25 dollars I believe. A bit expensive but that's for the 2.5 ounce which is bigger. And it's that price if your not a member of their club.

I used to use this all over my face, but after reading some of the comments, i tried the spot treatment, where you put it only on the pimple. Well, it seemed to work for about two days and then I broke out. I tried for one more night, but the next morning the redness did not go away. In fact, it only made it worse and I broke out even more.

the smell is disgusting, it dries up and makes your face feel all cracked up. no difference at all.

Don't bother wasting your money on proactiv. Proactiv lies. - . - the stars are paid to say " this product is amazing!" my *ss - . - go to a dermatologist

Pros:

can stain your pillow-case if you use it overnight

This stuff works GREAT! The entire proactive line works great, but this refining mask is amazing! You can use it once a week to smooth your skin, and control breakouts, but if you get a random big pimple/zit - all you have to do is dab on some before bed, let it dry and keep it on throughout the night. In the morning you just wash it off, and the pimple has visibly reduced! Do this every night for a couple of nights and youre pimple will be gone!!!! yayness!!!!

Pros:

Very good product. Only use couple times a week. Take the redness right the hell off your face. Use a little bit of it..

Cons:

Kind of hard to wash off but that wont make you break out even more...

Use this for about a month or 2 along with a regimen and you will see very noticable results. Trust me.

Pros:

Works wonderfully. My skin felt nice and smooth, and it was broken out before. Really takes out inflamation, which is the main reason acne feels so awful...

Cons:

I would get more, but you have to buy the whole Proactiv package, and I only like the mask. and it smells funny.

Pros:

This product absolutely works. It clears up anything and everything, given the nessesary time (i.e. twenty minutes per pimple, etc) and the right daily usage (i.e. several times a week if needed.) You can count on this product. You won't be let down.

Cons:

I noticed that if you use it with other non brand items, it can cause your face to break out quite a bit. However, used alone, it will correct the blemishes and continue to improve your face.

The bottom line is, this is as close to a perfect product as they get. You won't be dissapointed. It will clear your skin, and within a week of subsequent use give you a flawless complexion, even if your skin has not a clear spot on it. Give it a chance, give it some time. I recommend using with the other Proactiv products. The set together works wonders.

I use the refining mask as much as I can because I can see it working on my scars. I have really sensitive skin and it drys my skin out so badly.... so I don't know if you have a bath and body works near you.. but they have a WHOLE line of organic products that are made to mosturize your skin. The cream works WONDERS! They have a website and i strongly suggest you try it for hydrating your skin. They also make a cleasner and a tonic for makeup removal. If I wear makeup, I tend to use the tonic and then my Proactive combo.. and follow up with the cream instead of the mosturizer Proactive sends. Just works better and my skin has felt so much happier.

Pros:

Dries out acne, even those deep pimples. Makes skin less oily. Smoother skin. Less inflamation.

Cons:

A lot of people complain about the smell, but it's not that bad, unless you combine it with other treatments. Also, they don't give you that much for the price you pay.

This product is a life saver. Two nights before my cousin's wedding I had one of those huge, red, and extremely oily cysts on my forehead. I put the mask on my entire face, concentrating the mask on my zit. I did this for two nights and I left the mask on for about 20 minutes. On the day of the wedding, the zit was gone.
