Pros:

It works sooooo well, it got rid of all of my acne, and it helped prevent future pimples, although the occasional pimple sometimes happened.

Cons:

NONE, honestly!!!

Honestly, this is the best acne cleanser I have ever used. I have tried a lot, and this is the best... I switched to clean and clear after this only because my store was out of stock, and that was a MISTAKE, my acne got awful, but then i switched back and it fixed everything!!!

Deep Clean Machine
I have been using this scrub for a few months. The previous scrub I was using was the Clean & Clear Blackhead Eraser Scrub. That scrub I didn't like very much because I hadn't had acne on my forehead since I was 16 years old and it caused me to get small little whiteheads on my forehead. I wanted a scrub that would clean out my pores but without the harsh abrasiveness of scratching my skin. This scrub does exactly what it says! Its a gentle and creamy exfoliant so its different than a lot of other face. you have to lather it up good before putting it on your face because of the consistency. Just make sure you rince it off your face good. Some people suggest using it in the shower so you can get the little beads off your skin. It does leave it a minimally dry I found so just use a good facial moisturizer. But its not rough against my skin like the St. Ives. Apricot scrub which cleans but can lead to inflamed acne which is not good. I would definitely recommend this product and you can find it at Walgreens, or a CVS pharmacy near you.

Pros:

makes skin feel so soft and fresh, rids of acne (tho i have mild-average acne). no redness

Cons:

leaves skin a little dry, but a moisturizer takes care of that.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!! clean & clear didnt work @ all for me. pro-active is too expensive. st.ives is too abrasive. and another product that i can even remember the name made my skin EXTREMELY irratated. i tried this product and i absolutely love it! though if i dont use it for even a day sometimes, i have some blemishes come back.but i love the product so much, i cant stand not using it, haha.

Pros:

It made my skin smooth and soft, got rid of redness and swelling of my pimples, Great smell, not oily

Cons:

if you stop using it you breakout, needs more beads, dries out skin when you stop using it(2 days)

I really like this for teenagers who need smooth skin very very quickly because it works

Most Effective Drugstore Cleanser

Pros:

Keeps acne at bay
Soothing
Gentle

Cons:

Smells bad

While I'm currently not using this since I'm on The Regimen, I have tried more drugstore acne-fighting cleansers than I can even count. No single cleanser has worked miracles for my acne, but I am giving this 5 stars because this one has helped the most far more than any other. It's gentle enough to use daily because the beads are encapsuled and incredibly gentle. Even though the claim of the cooling/tingling feeling of getting into your pores is just a gimmick, it does feels soothing if your skin is irritated. Give it a shot. It's pretty cheap compared to other drugstore cleansers so you don't have much to lose.

Pros:

Face had a nice clean glow after cleansing
No residue
Smells great (but, I now know that fragrance actually makes my acne prone skin worse)!

Cons:

Personally, my skin never really cleared up using this. It healed some pimples here and there, but not my bigger painful ones.

I used this in conjunction with the Biore astringent and found that Salicylic Acid is not the best bet for more severe acne. This is a great scrub for people with more mild acne and blackheads. With more severe acne, you need a cleanser without the irritating beads and fragrance (which makes it worse).

Pros:

+ Smells very good
+ Gentle but effective
+ A little bit goes a long way
+ Cleared my acne scars on my BACK!
+ Reduced the break outs and cut down on time it took the break out to heal

Cons:

- It's not advertised for body use

I picked this up after staring at acne products in Walmart for 30 minutes. I decided this is the last time i throw away money on a treatment before i try either murad or proactiv. I'm extremely pleased by the results i had dark scars and break outs over my shoulders on my back lower and up right where your spine is. I started using this in July and by October i've realized it gave me amazing results! It was cheap too, and a little bit goes a long away. So if you suffer from back acne try this please! Use it every time you shower or once a day!

Pros:

Nice smell.
Gentle scrubbing action.
Left my skin feeling clean.

Cons:

Drying.
Doesn't feel like it rinses completely.
It feels funny in your hands, like waxy.
Doesn't fight redness.

This is a great product. I tried Witch Hazel, I tried ProActive, Neutrogena, AcneFree, Clean and Clear. The only other thing that has worked for me was Clean and Clear, but my skin built up an immunity or something. I use this every few days, as it is drying. I counter it with a moisturizer though. I use this scrub, then I follow that with Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser, then a moisturizing gel. It has worked great for me! A definite yes.
