Pros:

-Completely took care of flakes
-Can be used as a face mask or a moisturizer alone
-Leaves skin super smooth
-Lightens redness

Cons:

-Can leave skin a bit oily

This product is amazing. As long as I have this I have no flakes. It makes the skin a bit oily but it also decreased oil production with me. This made my face 60% less red, a problem I had even before I started the regimen. This product has sooooo many uses. I highly recommend it!

Pros:

Light, fast absorbing, helps with flakiness...ENHANCED moisturizer

Cons:

Can't think of any

I never in a million years would think to put oil on my already oily skin. , And I have REALLY oily skin.I made sure and did my research too because as Dan stated they aren't doctors...everything seemed to check out some. I add about 4 drops of this to the Acne.org Moisturizer and I I have to say that i think this oil helps with my oil production. The flakiness is gone and although my skin still has its oily tendancies...I'd have to say that it hasn't been as bad. Oily skin is a blessing and a curse...the curse for me is acne of course and the shinyness but the blessing is I age very well. I'm 31 and I look like i'm in my early twenties.

Pros:

Excellent moisturizer for skin & hair; only need to use a few drops. Natural (better than using chemical moisturizers); Can be really good for sensitive/over-dried skin

Cons:

Can cause break outs if not used correctly or smartly. Different results for different people.

I'm still not completely sold on the idea of using jojoba oil as my only cleanser or moisturizer. I do want to use more natural products-- I've had acne for 12 yrs now & my skin shows it. I think my skin wants a break from all the chemical/processed products I've put in/on my body/face. So I guess I really want this product to work, in whatever way is best. This is my 2nd attempt at using jojoba as a cleanser & moisturizer, and I've gotten about 4 cysts on my cheek in the last few days, which is rare for me. I'm not going to give up yet, though. The best advice I can offer is from something I read: jojoba is similar to sebum, so it can deep clean your pores; BUT this is a 2-way street: it can bring things IN your pores just as effectively. This is why I've chosen not to use it as a make-up remover, and to be very careful about using it when my face is at all dirty or or oozing. (Sorry to be graphic, but I think it is an important point many ppl are overlooking). Bottom line: only use when your face and hands are completely clean; don't use in excess-- be smart about it! It works wonders for flakey patches of dry skin on the face, elbows, feet, Also is an amazing hair conditioner. Sometimes I leave it in overnight and wash/condition as usual in the AM.

Pros:

-soothes my dry patches
-very cool bottle with the drop dispenser, a couple of drops goes a long way mixed with moisturizer
-skin is supple and soft after using it

Cons:

-did not notice it controlling my oil
-looks greasy
-broke me out
-clogged my pores

I have mixed feelings about this product. I really wanted to love this product, but it sadly broke me out with really inflamed spots. I also noticed clogged whiteheads. Some might say it's because of purging, but once I stopped using it my skin got better. Although it's not suppose to be comedogenic, I would be cautious with using this if you have sensitive skin. It did however, make my dry patches of skin smoother when mixed in with my moisturizer, but made me look greasy so I only used it at night. The bottle is really big so it'll probably last forever. Instead of using it on my face now, I use it to remove eye makeup, clean and recondition my makeup brushes since jojoba has antibacterial properties. Overall, not recommended for sensitive skin, but it's multifunctional, so I guess if you try it on your skin and it doesn't work out, you can find another reason to use it so it's not wasted.

Pros:

This product has really helped me with flaky skin caused by bp. It makes skin feel really good and moisturized.

Cons:

A bit oily, but not if you use a very small amount. I use one drop during the daytime and 2 or 3 at night and it is plenty.

I would reccomend this product to anyone.

Pros:

Really really gets rid of those pesky flakes and dryness caused by BP.

Cons:

Can make face a little shiny if too much used. The verdict is still out on this for me as far as causing breakouts- I don't think so though.

Great stuff if you are on the BP regime. A little goes A LONG WAY for sure. You only need a drop or two mixed in with your moisturizer for your whole face! I think this bottle will last me 10 yrs, :) I dont notice a bad smell to it at all and I think they must have improved the bottle as mine does not leak at all.

Pros:

love this stuff. i use it mainly as a moisturizer on my hands and cuticles. i wash my hands a great deal so my cuticles tend to be chronically dry. i've also been using it on my son who has eczema and OMG - better than anything else i've tried.

Cons:

i'm not that keen to the smell, but it's not something that would deter me from using it regularly.

really great stuff. particularly for dry skin. definitely something you should have in your arsenal of skin care products.

not for everyone
i used jojoba once before for added moisture as i found my face very dry in the summer time. My skin was very clear using Acne.org regime and wanted to add this as a kick start.... i used it for 3 weeks and had to stop as it created horrible cystic acne on my face. My acne is generally very severe when not using anything however the jojoba immediately caused me to break out with the worse kind of acne reaction. Unfortunately.... this is not for everybody.
