Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Blood clots in my leg (DVT), lungs (PE), and heart (SE). These developed not even after a month of taking it

I am NOT overweight (in fact I exercise regularly), I do NOT smoke, I am NOT over 30 years old...so why did I get blood clots? I got blood clots a year ago (May 2007), had three surgeries, and have pain everyday. It has ruined my life and has caused $100,000s in medical bills. I got the pill for "free" at the medical center...it is so true that NOTHING in life is free!

Pros:

Cons:

makes my boobs hurt really bad like 3 weeks out of the month

I get it for free at a clinic so i guess its ok for what it is. I am thinking about changing it.

Pros:

Not pregnant if that helps. Less acne.

Cons:

Dr said I had physiological discharge from this pill. Still healthy. Too bad, my breasts didn't get bigger, Oh well.

Very minimal side effects for me..I can live with it. I was taking Mircette before this pill (same company). It's definitely affordable..I got it at a clinic for $15/pack (not generic). It's not a miracle pill but it does it's job. I get my period regularly..it starts about day 3 of the inactive week and ends on the last day of that week..5days.

Pros:

less acne, no babies, really short periods, minimal cramping

Cons:

really tired, changed appetite/weight gain, moodiness, price

Helped a lot with acne. I only break out the week after my period, and it goes away fairly quickly. My periods are really short, like 3-4 days, when usually they are 6-7 days. I've never really claimed to have PMS, and have never used it as an excuse for my bitchiness, but WHOA, the week before my period I am straight up mean!! I only get moderate cramps for 1 or 2 days, which is a definite improvement from incredibly horrible cramps for 5 days. I get really tired now & end up taking naps, which I haven't done since I was 5. I wouldn't necessarily say that it has made me gain weight, more like it has changed my appetite which has made me gain weight. Decreased libido, but there's not a birth control I haven't taken that hasn't done that. Changed the odor & viscosity of discharge.

Pros:

Never got pregnant.

Cons:

I do not feel like myself anymore, very very moody, depressed, HUGE lack of sex drive, headaches, anxious...

I was told that some birth controls can make you feel a little crazy, depressed, etc. I have been on Cyclessa for two years and it clicked that I started having my anxiety attacks when I starting taking this birth control...now that I am aware of this I will not be taking this anymore because I do not feel like myself anymore, I am always tired, unmotivated...etc.

Pros:

I know when I'm going to have my period now, my acne has gotten better.

Cons:

I feel more tired a lot more than I used to and I have weird mood swings sometimes but I can't decide whether it's from the the pills or not.

I'm not taking it as a birth control. Because of other medication I am taking it makes the birth control ineffective. I take it to regulate my periods because I would go months with out having one. Now I know exactly when I get my period. I haven't had any side effects that are unbearable. My boobs grew from an A to a C so if your in it for the boobs it might work out in your favor.
