I've been on Alesse for over a month and since then I've had a new pimple at least each day. right now, the pimples around my mouth area is so bad, everyone is saying omg what the hell happened to your skin. before I had acne but no where as near as bad. and just when I think it's stopped another one pops up. I'm so fed up that tomorrow I'm going to start taking Diane. I really hope it helps.

Pros:

-Clears your acne completely
-Miracle drug
-Don't have to worry about diet, exercise, skin care AT ALL while on it.

Cons:

-Acne comes back as soon as you get off
-Hormonal fluctuations and extremely irregular menstrual cycles once you stop it.

I have very severe acne and nothing seemed to be helping. Tried the regimen, several rounds of antibiotics, but no luck. I knew I had hormonal acne and so my derm prescribed Diane 35 which cleared my acne completely in 7-8 months. I took it for 14 months and now, 2 months after stopping it, the acne's creeping back with 2 cysts on my chin :( It can differ from person to person depending on their hormonal balance once they stop the pill.

Pros:

I am taking diane 35 only 12 days,still waiting the miracle happen.

Cons:

good appertize and always feel sleepy.

My face got a lot of scaring,redness and pimples,can anyone tell me what product should i use together with taking diane,because now i only using water to wash my face and moisturaz sometime.i hope u guys will tell me what u guys are using to recover and had such a smooth skin.thank you

Pros:

breast gain, some might see this as a con
prettier hair and skin

Cons:

initially flare up of cystic acne.
weight gain especially around hips
severely painful breasts

I only used this drug for 2 months,sporadically not sequentially, so i'm not sure how great my review will be. First time i tried it was great, i had no weight gain, no symptoms at all except for very painful breasts, and my acne went away. Second time however, i had that initially flare up of acne that some talk about. i gained a kilo or two alot of it on my hips :( ! but thankfully it went away when i got off them. I stopped using the drugs for this reason. Use it if you must, but i have heard once you get off the pimples come back with avengance.

Pros:

so far none positive ouh it could be the reduced menstrual flow

Cons:

mastalgia, lit nausea, depression(it s worst now), dizziness, spots

i hated my acne and consulted a doctor that said to take this pills......

Pros:

Clear skin and great birth control.

Cons:

gained some weight but who doesnt after their 20's.

My doctor in Brazil put me on it 5 years ago it cleared my skin. I had tried everything out there nothing ever worked except weekly facials but got to costly when i stopped the acne came back. Diane 35 has been the best thing that has ever happened to my skin I was battling acne since I was 12 I am in my late 20's now and have great skin.

NONE SO FAR ONLY IN MY 3RD WEEK.

NONE SO FAR .

I HVE MADERATE ACNE SO MY DOC PRESCRIBED IT IM HOPING IT WILL WORK COS IM IN MY 30S AND STILL STRUGGLING WITHH ACNE.

Pros:

helped in acne, 7/10...

Cons:

breast tenderness, irregular periods, back pain, I feel like I've gained weight, mood swings,

I have only used it for about 3 weeks. Seems like its helping me with my acnes, and I am not taking it as a birth control. I have irregular periods and acnes thats why my doctor recommended it. But after reading the side effects I am so scared. Do we have to live of it once we start? This is the second time I am getting my periods this month. RECOMMENDED for people who have acne problems.

Pros:

It was recomended for my polycystic ovaries and intense pains on the right hand side of my stomach

Cons:

Really bad mood swings, bloated, naseau, fatigue, blury vision

Stay off bith control pills and trust God to help you and direct you. Always research all pills that doctors recommend.
