Pros:

Preonception

Cons:

Weight gain, headaches, heavy legs, restless legs.

I been on it for 8 months, the last 3 combined with accutane, It didn;t work for clearing up my skin but accutane has done the trick so far and I was advised to continue with diane35 for preconception. The problem is I have gain 10lbs in two months and my legs feel heavy and restless sometimes during the night. I get headaches often and I guess I don;t feel like having sex that often anymore wich I just realized reading the ratings. I'll ask my doctor to change me to Jazmin, I hread this one actually helps you with your weight. Accutane has work, I am in low dose, but the secondary effects if you get pregnant are terrible so I feel I should use preconception pills to be responsible about that.

Pros:

Good for acne, though took a long time to kick in - about 18 months.

Cons:

Extreme tiredness, lack of energy, depression, mood swings.

It has taken me a long time to realise that the side effects I have been experiencing may infact be linked to this pill. Have been on Diane for about 3 years and SEs seem to be getting worse. After reading all the testimonials on this page I think I will go back to my doctor. Worried about skin turning nasty again if I come off though. Still, there must be a better alternative out there. Has honestly affected my wellbeing so adversely.

Pros:

I am taking diane 35 only 12 days,still waiting the miracle happen.

Cons:

good appertize and always feel sleepy.

My face got a lot of scaring,redness and pimples,can anyone tell me what product should i use together with taking diane,because now i only using water to wash my face and moisturaz sometime.i hope u guys will tell me what u guys are using to recover and had such a smooth skin.thank you

Pros:

clear up my acne
less oily face
not pregnant
happy mood all the time

Cons:

terrible weight gain!

i had terrible weight gain when i took this. but overall it did clear up my acne and my face is not oily. but once i finished the pills for 3 weeks consumption, the acne came back like mad and it was horrid + my crave for the food were non stop.

Pros:

Limited side effects whilst taking it

Messes up your hormones once you go off (hair loss, return of acne)

I've never had great skin, went on a few pills on and off from the age of 15. When I turned 19 my acne got suddenly really bad all over my cheeks and chin, and I was desperate to fix it. I went on Diane 35/Estelle in combination with Epiduo and my acne cleared up well within 2-3 months. It never got to the point of a person who doesn't suffer from acne and it never made an impact on my blackheads. I've never liked being on the pill though, makes me fairly bloated and dulls my emotions. I started to read reviews of people who went off Diane so that I would know what to expect, and I was shocked. The overwhelming (and I mean probably 90-95%) portion of people seem to be saying they wish they never went on it due to the effects of going off it. I wish I had read reviews before I went on it in the first place. I've been off it for around 2 months now. Acne broke out after about a month and a half but didn't get unbearable and has almost cleared now... still worried that its going to get worse as a lot of people say it happens around 3-6 months after. Haven't got my period yet either. And by far the worst side effect of going off, I am loosing my hair! Handfulls each day. I have never experienced this before. I would recommend trying every topical or natural remedy you can find before pumping hormones like Diane into your body. At the moment I'm taking Evening Primrose Oil, zinc and drinking lots of tea, maybe this is what is keeping the acne at bay for now? For now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't experience what everyone else is seeming to....

Pros:

It did clear my face

Cons:

This pill has been destroying my life for the past year. Weight gain, depression, mood swings, awful migraines, decreased sex drive and HUNGER ALL THE TIME!

This pill is the devil. If you are willing to destroy the natural balances of your body with this alien poison, do so, but I assure you, this pill has horrible effects. I have been one week off it and I feel renovated, no hunger, I'm losing weight, my mood seems better and thank god no more killer migraines. Until now, I haven't had any acne breakout, but we will see, it's been a short while to say if the acne will be back, I hope not, but if it comes, I swear to the Goddess that I will never use such a medicament again. I just think this makes out of you a freak of nature.

Pros:

more regular periods, less oily skin

Cons:

severe clinical depression, cellulite all over the body, weight gain (15 kg, I guess it is 40 pounds), metabolism got MUCH slower, headaches and so on

because of this horrible drug I got a lot of weight. still I can't lose it, though eat almost nothing. it is because my metabolism has got much slower, and never will be the same. I used to be a pretty very skinny girl, now everybody calls me fat. what's more. I got cellulite all over my body, even on my calves, arms and fingers, though it is visible only pressed or in a specific lightning.I used to think i will never have this ugly thing. my mother is 49, she doesn't have cellulite. I'm 17, and have it. why? because of Diane 35. moreover, I've got deppresion. very severe. psychiatrists even enwanted to put me into a psychiatric hospital.I still have suicidal thoughts, even though finished using Diane 35 one year ago.my body changes are making me frustrated.i think that taking DIANE 35 IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.it helped for my skin only a little bit, while i was using it. now i'm not, and it has got even worse. I still have suicidal thoughts. YouWhoAdvisedMeToTakeItAreKILLERS!

Cons:

Headaches, Cold and Cough, Unusual looking acne that cannot be squeezed. I know it's because of the Diane, because my acne has never looked like this before. I just finished my first pack, so I'm just waiting for this "miracle pill" to work...

I'm yet to see the benefits that everybody has been talking about, but i just finished my first pack, hopefully it'll get better with subsequent uses. It is kinda expensive though. I have faith in this pill, so I really, really hope it works.......can't wait. If it does clear my skin, I can live with the side effects- I'll be taking it for a while. We'll see...
