Pros:

Skin is looking a bit better

Cons:

extremely ANGRY 24/7, ance may be a bit better but getting huge cysts on my face which is I never got before, and yeah main con is angryness - I find little things said to me really offensive

I've used Yasmin for a month and nw I can't decide whether to continue using it or not. I'm only using it for my skin and so far I'm not sure if there's an improvement but it seems to feel smooth and clearer BUT been getting cysts in random places I never got acne before on my face. The month before I started using Yasmin I started trying to lose weight and lost 3kg which I was so happy about but the month I started using Yasmin I didn't loose any weight - even though I stepped up my exercising for the month before 30-1hr exercise a day (did some massive bike rides) and ate healthy. I think Yasmin made me not loose anymore weight. And my mood swings are crazy at the moment I am angry at everyone and everything!

Pros:

no weightgain, no mood swings, keeps acne under control/clearer skin, increased sex drive

Yasmin by far is the best contraceptive method out there. I have recently tried Daine 35 just for the sake of it and well realized that it was a HUGE mistake. In two months I have gained approximately 3 pounds, and I am a fairly active person nonetheless. I have also noticed some MAJOR moodswings, LOSS of labido and strange signs of depression. Please girls your body is sensitive as is so don't ruin it any further by taking Daine. Stick to Yasmin if it works well for you. Hormones are a tricky thing so educate yourself as much as you can and tune into your body. I recommend reading the book Sexy Hormones if all fails. Best of luck!

Pros:

Clearer Skin, Bigger Boobs, no more crying spells and super painful cramps, feeling sick.

Cons:

for the first while I didn't sleep all that well and sometimes felt sick.

It's definately worth it for me to go on it.

Pros:

skin already clearing up. bust slightly bigger. no huge side effects

Cons:

slight insomnia and nausea

i have only been using it f0r over a week but when i came on this site and saw what people were saying about the product i thought that i would be dead by now. i have never taken any birth control before but i have not had any side effects that would stop me from taking this. It is helping my acne and im so happy about that!

Pros:

No pregnancy, No acne, No weight gain or Loss, No Mood swings, predictable periods.

Cons:

Period Cramps

Im real sensitive to bith control and this is the best ive tried.

Pros:

My acne cleared up really well, still get the ocassional blemish but when I think back to how bad it was it's a massive improvement!

Cons:

Disn't have any funny side effects, no weight gain nothing. Having been on the pill for 5 years (I am now 20) I am experiencing cervical erosion due to the contraceptive pill...

Really good if you want to get rid of acne but don't get addicted like I did otherwise you could experience serious health risks like cervical erosion. I used contraceptive pills after nothing else would work and they did have a dramatic effect! I am going to have to stop now though and am hoping to find an alternative!

Pros:

Shorter, lighter, predictable periods. No mood swings, no acne.

Cons:

***Frequent yeast infections!!!***

Great pill except for the fact that I will get a yeast infection every week except for the week on my period! Went to the doctors, they couldn't tell me anything. No burning or itching, just thick, pasty white discharge. Vaginal dryness was also a problem. Changing birth control pill this month...can't take it anymore. Would recommend this pill IF you don't get the recurring infection.

Pros:

My boobs are huge! And I still have a sex drive

Cons:

So far I feel REALLY bloated

I have only been on the pill for one week. I know with any medication aimed to help your acne it takes up to 3 months to kick in, however; i havent had any NEW breakouts (cross my fingures!) Im going to keep going and hope for the best. I will also write another review in a few weeks.

IM STILL NOT PREGNANT!

Cons:

SEVERE MOOD SWINGS-UNCONTROLLABLE CRYING EVERYDAY VERY RANDOM- EXTREME ACNE - TIRED-
LATHARGIC- MIGRAINS- HOT FLASHES- OILY SKIN-
WEIGHT GAIN- INCREASED APPATITE.

IM DROPPIN THE PILL TODAY! ITS SO NOT WORTH THE DAILY MISERY IVE BEEN FACING FOR THE PAST 2 MO'S THAT IVE BEEN ON THIS PILL. MY FIANCE AND I ARE ON THE ROCKS BECAUSE IM ALWAYS CRYING AND ARGUING AND HE DOESNT KNOW WHY. I FEEL UGLIER AND EASILY IRRITATED. THIS PILL IS THE DEVIL! NOT TO MENTION ITS $30.00 A MONTH?! NO THANKS YAZ!

Pros:

Yasmin has kept me having short periods and I dont gain weight beause i dont eat alot.

Cons:

I hate that they have made a generic because I think the brand is better. Im getting blood clots also

I would recommend this product if u dont want a baby. It has stopped me from having any more babies. I just dont like the generic and i have asked the doctor to give me brand but that hasnt worked yet. I have used yasmin for almost 4 years now and my only down fall is the generic. Just recently they came out with a generic for the yasmin. Since i have to use generic now it makes me have cramps and i didnt have cramps taking the yasmin. The doctor had told me that there is a difference between the generic and the brand. My insurance doesnt want to pay for the brand anymore unless the doctor approves it.
