Pros:

Helps contain breakouts, easy to find in stores

Cons:

Expensive, not a miracle cure, clumps up when applying

I will usually get a couple large annoying pimples each month, and they will stick around for a couple weeks. I also have slightly blotchy skin. This product seems to "contain" any breakouts and clear up the skin somewhat, but it does take several days to clear. Since my acne is very minor, I only use this as a reactive and not proactive solution. But it is better than nothing.

Pros:

not too irritating, can get it at my local drug store,

Cons:

cream based, small, too expensive

when compared with Dan's BP, i have to say that this loses. Dan's is cheap, its gel based so it goes on clear and dries quickly, and you can order larger quantities. For people who are apprehensive about buying online, don't be. Give Dan's product a try. If you really prefer the convenience of running to CVS and picking this up, then go for it. Its a good product.

Pros:

small tube is easy to fit in makeup bag

Cons:

Didn't work on my skin. It just made blemishes more noticable, red, irritated, swollen, painful. I think they took even longer to clear than not using anything! Doesn't dispense well.

Try something else.

Pros:

Works.

Cons:

So expensive, tiny size.

Use Dan's.

Pros:

It really works well on sudden pimples. I don't know if it speeds up the progression of them so they heal faster or stops them before they're completely there, but it works.

Cons:

It can cause dry skin if you use it too much. What you have to do is use it consistently so that your skin doesn't flake, and use only a tiny dot and rub it gently over the pimple. It will be somewhat dry but won't flake the way it does if you put a

At least give it a shot. It's a bit expensive but I find it well worth it. One of very few Neutrogena products that agrees with my skin.

Pros:

Available at every drugstore. Not terribly expensive.

Cons:

Smells funny. Doesn't 'melt' into skin well. Leaves an ichy white residue so it is really annoying to have to put lotion after and then makeup in the morning. Especially in the summer when it's about 90 degrees in DC and 100% humidity!

The white residue was uber not cool. I just bought Dan's BP and it is WAY better and I've only been using it for 2 days. The price is actually better because of the size. I use Vanicream bar of soap two times a day. I like it because it's cheap and very gentle. (About $2.85 at Target. You have to ask for it at the Pharmacy, behind the counter.) I use Dan's BP in the morning and at night. In the morning I use Garnier Noutrise SPF 15 lifting lotion and at night I use 10% glycolic alpha hydroxy brand after Dan's BP. It's only been two days but I already see wonderful results for the new BP. Being able to use BP in the morning (no more white residue from the Nuetrogena brand BP ) seems to be making a HUGE difference.

Pros:

diddnt do anything fo me. I could see any thing within the first 2 weeks.

Cons:

Dryed my skin and didnt work

Its not that great its just like the other acne products that dosent work.

Pros:

Good for applying to small zits, absorbs well.

Cons:

Doesn't clear up spots any faster than just waiting for them to subside on their own.

Not a high enough concentration of BP for me, so this stuff didn't really work at all. Sometimes I put it on small zits, but I don't think it makes any difference.
