WORST FACE WASH EVER!!!!

Cons:

Peels skin
Makes skin really really really dry
Everything

This is the worst face wash I have ever used! It has burnt and peeled my skin red raw, also I've been off school because my skin looks that bad! I 100% do not recommend this product to anyone, it ruins your skin! I'm only young so very self conscious and this has literally ruined my life at the moment, do not try this product, you will regret it! I wouldn't even give it one star but it's not letting me do none!

not a very satisfying product

Pros:

works for about 2 weeks
inexpensive
can be found anywhere

Cons:

unevens complexion (im fairly dark skinned and i had discoloration)
dries face
irritation

This product was the first acne treatment that i have used and about 2 weeks into using this product it worked then after a month or so i started to breakout alot even when not close to my memstrual cycle ,it definitely dried my face alot and i have oily skin! I figured it was a bit too harsh and it stopped working after 2 months it seemed that it "seti in" and my skin got accustom to it.

No.

Pros:

Pump bottle

Cons:

Smells
Terribly drying

I was excited to use this when it came out. Everyone was raving about it in magazines, and it even had awards for best facial cleanser. I beg to differ. First off, it smells horrible. Almost too medicated. Secondly, it dried me out so bad! I don't see why it's getting awards. I haven't seen anyone use this that I know of. Neutrogena is a little overrated in opinion. Most of their products are harsh or don't work at all. Instead of clearing my face, it dried my face and made me breakout more.

HORRIBLE

Pros:

Take blackhead away
Takes some oil off
Idk

Cons:

24 hour thing
No oil off
Idk

When my mom got this i was sooo glad to get the horrible oily nose away. But when i started using it it was dry for only a couple of hours then it came back. My blackheads are gone just not te oily nose. They should at least do it a 24 hours thing or something.

Not cool

Pros:

Smells good

Cons:

Dry face, skin peels
Tightness on my face
Itchy like crazy

I been using it for almost a week. I've seen a difference since using it. I don't get acne like crazy but I did have a lot of blackheads mostly on my nose. Since using it the blackheads have been going away. Only thing is my face gets dry, peels my skin off, feels tight and it gets itchy. Is that normal??? $8.00 is not worth the price. & I will no longer be using this. I will be sure to tell my friends NOT to buy it!!!!! U suck

Good for mild acne

Pros:

Mild enough for daily use.
Not very drying (tolerable).
Cheap, available anywhere.

Cons:

Ineffective on moderate acne.
Drying for some.

I have moderate acne so this product did pretty much nothing for me in the long run. For the first few days, it seemed my skin was improving, but that did not last long. From what I understand, salycylic acid works well at opening pores, which is what mild acne needs. But for it to work on moderate-severe acne, you must follow up with BP. Unfortunately, BP is too harsh for me to use consistently, so this product was a no-go.

Worst face wash EVER!

Pros:

None!
None!!
None!!!

Cons:

Made ache worse
Red blotchy blisters
Drys out really bad and itchy

I bought his to help the little bit of ache that I got every once in a while and to help control my oily face. The first day I used it in the morning, my face felt soo soft and smooth and was less oily for the rest of the day but the next morning when I woke up my face was bright red and VERY itchy!! And I had little bubbles like blisters all over my face and was super rough, very oily(worse then before I used it), really dry in some spots and even made more pimples!! I rinsed my face and washed it immediately and then my face got red blotches all over it and even on my neck a little from where the face wash had ran down when I rinsed it. By far THE WORST face product ever! Did absolutely nothing for me and just made my face worse then before!! I would NOT recommend this to anyone!

Horrible

Pros:

Smells good

Cons:

Irritates skin
Itchy
Tightens the skin

I used this because my mom is a nanny for a dermatologist and she recommended it. It smells good and feels clean but my skin felt soo right after the first couple uses and then one morning I woke up with tiny red and itchy bumps all over my face!! They look so bad! This face wash was the only new thing I brought into my skin care routine. I'm thinking that my skin may not like this brand at all because even after using the naturals facial scrub this happened. I have combination skin with mild acne, but thanks to this wash right now it's closer to severe :(

Great cleanser

Pros:

Great scent
Gentle
Oil free

I've been using Neutrogena oil free acne wash for about 7 years now and I love the scent of the grapefruit wash. I recently got a clarisonic and instead of spending a lot of money on the clarisonic cleansers, I have been using it with my neutrogena cleanser. The combination of using my clarisonic with this product has helped tremendously with my skin. If I didn't use a moisturizer after cleansing, this product could potentially dry out my skin (although my skin is very oily) but other than that I love the price and this cleanser has worked for me for a long time now!
