Pros:

Works well, doesn't overly irritate.

Cons:

Takes a while to get used to.

I used the foam cleanser version of this product, which may of made a difference. At first my face was pretty red and hot, and I ended up giving up on the stuff. I came back to it out of desperation a while later and it works fine for me.

Pros:

Gets rid of acne, cleanese well, makes me feel clean

Cons:

Can dry out your skin, but it's nothing some moustorizer won't take care of:]

Many people are complaning about how it drys out their skin and stuff, but I just have to say with skin it has to get worse before it gets better. You have to suffer with dry, slightly red skin for about 3-4 days, but after that just use a good moustorizer and you'll be fine. This is a great product.

Pros:

Really dries out my super oily skin.

Cons:

Could be drying for sensitive skin.

I've had acne for 12 years, neutrogena has the best line of products I have found. I also use the rapid clear and moisturizer with salicylic acid. This works well for non-infected breakouts. To keep those big inflamed and infected blemishes at bay I highly recommend an antibiotic (I take minocylcline). There is no miracle cure, but if you stick with it you will find something that works. To really see if a product really works for you, you need to use it for more than 2 days (unless you have a really bad reaction.

Pros:

tightens skin, cleanses skin

Cons:

dry, red skin :(

I think this wash works to cleanse the skin, but it definitely dries the skin out. My skin is now kind of flaky and red. I have to use a lot of moisterizer several times a day.

Pros:

absolutely none

Cons:

drys skin out, causes acne and redness, smells bad

this completely ruined my skin - my skin was perfect before i started using this, and i used it for about 3 weeks. during this time, my skin got steadily worse, and thinking that skin had to get worse before it got better, i continued, but eventually stopped. 2 months later, though, my skin is still broken out, and not getting any better.

Pros:

good for extremely oily skin

Cons:

really dries out my adult skin

I did not like this product. It dried out my skin to the point where I couldn`t open my mouth wide of sleep face down without my whole face burning and itching. The eventual outcome was dry, red skin and 2 huge red pimples at the end of 5 days` use.

Pros:

Simple bottle, easy to use, easy directions, doesn't burn or sting, is easy to rinse off.

Cons:

The scent isn't that good, it's a bit medicinal, but that doesn't matter to me, dries skin out A LOT

I have only been using this product for 1 week and it is working well! My acne is getting smaller and they aren't bugging me as much. I can see a lot of progress every day in the morning. I recommend using Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture lotion after washing to prevent dryness. The lotion is so good also! It makes my face feel really soft, and it's not thick or creamy. Plus, it good for people who use makeup because it doesn't cause it to smear like other oil free moisturizers. I think within a month, ALL of my acne will be gone. This is the only thing that has worked for me without irritation. Directions: Wet your face with warm water Put a quarter size amount of the face wash into your hands Put a few drops of water onto the gel Rub between your hands until there's a lather Rub all over your face for 1-2 minutes Rinse with warm water Dry and apply your favorite moisturizer!
